I made my account using the “Login by google option” So there isn’t an option on the apple watch go login to google. I tried changing my accounts email but there wasn’t an option to from the account tab. Any fix?

So I’m a teen and I’m trying to save up for a used gaming laptop.
I use my laptop for school which is an i5 8350U, Intel UHD 620 graphics and 16GB RAM. It’s okay for school but terrible for games (Very shitty).
I have around $212 saved up. My dad doesn’t want to buy me a laptop so I have to save it myself.
I want to ask you guys two questions.
What are some ways that I can make money as a teen? I’m not looking for anything sketchy or illegal I just want to earn some money to save up for the laptop.
Also what laptops should I look at as a used laptop buyer? I want to play games like GTA V, Minecraft, Red Dead Redemption 2, The Witcher 3 and Elden Ring. It doesn’t have to be high end when I buy it but it should at least be worth saving up for.
I’ve seen laptops with GTX 3050, 3060, 4050 and 4060 graphics cards. Which of those would you recommend me buying used? Should I look into specific brands or models for used laptops?
Any advice would be appreciated.
