Last night we got a couple of pizzas carry out from Buddy’s. Got home, and dang it, one of the pizzas was wrong. I called and spoke with Amy (I think) and she was already aware of the mishap and offered to either refund the pizza or remake it. I chose the latter even though Buddy’s is not close to us and picked it up. Amy had also including an Enormous salad, as well as bunch of extra sauces and cookies.

We all make mistakes, it’s human and inevitable. It’s how an establishment handles that mistake that shows the character of the store. I appreciate how Amy handled this error and I am impressed with her owning up and rectifying the problem.

Dumb post I know, I just wanted to give some props. Have a great weekend my friends!
