Ii signed up for pro yesterday with another users referral code. The link lead just to the site, so I sign up and nothing. Did anyone else come across this problem? Do it need to contact tech support?

New house. Noticed the lights (10 lbs) drooping. Pulled everything out to find its not anchored to anything! The only thing keeping it up was the top of the blue housing resting against the wall.
What are my options? Is there anything I can do?
It's delta brand. Brand new. Low water pressure. I figured there's a clog behind the grate of the head but I cant get the head off. Is it as simple as twisting?
