Like, there has been so much art done for the Aooni2 remake I just dont understand why its being used ONLY for promotion on Twitter and some other sites, it feels like a wasted potential.

Imagine we got Steam Trading Cards with the art attached, more expressive textbox icons like the one shown in Onsen with Mika, and hell! How about start using CGs for the new games too? It could make the games feel more alive and have more personality honestly. And it would improve on the overall experience IMO.

Sato and Natsumi both genuinely benefit so much from being reserve course students because they fit so seamlessly into their characters and change nothing established. So it actually baffles me that people UNIRONICALLY believe that they should have been main course students for class 77-B.

Like, I'm not even gonna lie, if they really WERE main course students, they would actually suck balls and be the most nothing burger bland characters. So much from what we can see in dr3 would just not be there, like we got to learn about a really good and reasonable motive from Natsumi, and I already made an entire analysis about Sato and how dr3 changes how we see her character.

But noooo, we as a fan base HAS to see Natsumi is actually just "tsundere who is actually soft and just wants to see her brother happy" and Sato is "An evil, heartless and manipulative yandere who deserves nothing". Lets not see them as what their characters are, lets just see them as plot devices so that others can quote on quote "develop". We dont actually care about how they can be fleshed out, lets just put them where we see it most convenient for the plot i guess!

Basically what I'm saying is that TSMC, and by extent, a lot of dr3 is actually fine and many remakes just fail to actually make it better in exchange for "Manipulation soap opera"

MAJOR SPOILERS FOR SEASIDE MINISODE ON AOONI2 REMAKE

Genuinely, this part was the best and the most worth it. It leads you with a lot of questions, but with one answer very clear, Ai and the onis have a big relation.
Is it going to get followed up on? Most likely not considering how much they like to vague post the existence of Ai. But god damn did she rock in this scene and I really wish she gets to do more for any new games and FINALLY start to give us stuff that ANSWERS her character more clearly.

TBH, I really hate how the original sprite for Sato that I made for the sub-reddit looks like she got a hair straightener and let her hair grow like Rapunzel.

So i recently remade it to make her actually look like from the anime design. Complete with her purple contact lenses and hair that is ACTUALLY wavy like it SHOULD BE.

I am so hyped at Real Hinako and Alice interaction you don't understand. Like, I'm guessing Real Hinako is going to get so see her final moments just like the other dummies and maybe get told the person who "killed" you in favor of them living. She is definitely not going to be mad. I mean, she was content when she dies so she isn't holding a grudge against him.

And technically, this is Alice's only read kill right? We know that the Midori he kills is just a dummy, so that doesn't really count, but Hinako was a real person when he decided to leave his trial room. So I wonder how HE will react seeing the person he killed. Especially when he now knows all the details about his first trial.

I swear to god if these two dont get a proper interaction in the final chapter, I will fly over to Nankidai's house and personally threaten him to add it.

Ai seems to know Hiroshis name in this game, does this further prove the theory of Ai being self aware of multiple timelines? i really love just how much they're trying to push Ai as a more relevant character, she is so cool and I love how she seems to be the "face of the modern AoOni games" kind of character.

I honest to god, UNIRONICALLY believe that Chizu is like one of the best characters in Occultic;Nine, like TOP 3 genuinely. And I still to this day miss her, I need more of her, can we get a new Occultic;Nine entry where Yuta gets replaced by Chizu as protag pls pls pls?

But fr now, I feel as if so many people try and say what is "canon" or "right" for a character when its the talk about sexuality. And to that I say Bullshit, there are so many instances where there are different views on characters sexuality that a true "canon" sexuality denomination for one for one is basically impossible without the character telling the viewer their sexuality outright.

I find it very odd when people go ahead and do these "canon" sexuality tier lists because in the end, we do not know what the author would have depicted them as. That is the fun about headcanoning IMO! The fact we don't have a clear answer in itself of what their preferences are so we can fill it out ourselves.

So why not remake them my own type of style? I wasn't going specifically for Danganronpa-like pixel style, more like my own and what looks better. I think for the most part I love them!

There are some duds I don't really like that much, like Ryota and Kyosuke look fine but not the best. Oh well!

Ok but fr, I thought it would be fun that if there were ever a remake of the first game, full commit to an Alternate Timeline, and what more fun way to do so than to make it reference back the obscure side entry, Makoto Secret File? In which we get to learn a girl was meant to be the SHSL Lucky student before the events of the entry happened and it ended up being re picked and landed on Makoto. But like, what if in this AU those events never happened and the unknown named girl got into Hopes peak?
