Blood-Mad Idol Lightning Storm Druid Build! (Build Guide)

Hey Druids, and welcome to my variant of the Lightning Storm Druid! I've spent the better part of the season assembling and theorycrafting the build that you see before you.

First of all, why now when the season is almost over? Well simply put, I was on a vacation, and most of this video has already been made 20 days ago, but I had no means of finishing it until now. I still wanted to share it with the community, because I'm sure some people will find it interesting.

What's different? We're using the Blood-Mad Idol - an amulet with a kiss/curse mechanic. It's one of my favorite items in the game, as I always enjoy trying to solve the puzzle of negating the downsides, while reaping all the benefits.

This build does that with ease, as we're always topped up on Barrier. Barrier generation is the focal point of this build, since every time we gain Barrier, it dispels all Damage Over Time effects.

At this point in the season, Mythics should not be a problem, and you need at least the Might of the Ursine to really get going. Ideally, you want the Mythic amulet too.

I have cleared Pit 128 with zero Lightning Damage transfigurations, and Glyphs at around 120, which means that you can easily push it into 130+.

The build comes in three different variants, the first one is the most familiar of the three, and doesn't even use the amulet. You do want to pick it up as soon as you can however, to transition to the real endgame version. The Pit Pusher replaces Hurricane with Debilitating Roar for even more life and damage reduction (and Life = Barrier).

And yeah, that's pretty much it. If you give it a try, let me know how you like it. I'm always open for feedback or questions!

Diablo 4 Players Found a Resistance Change Blizzard Never Announced

Individual resistances on items get a massive bonus, going from 630 all the way up to 3000.

Combined with the new items like Stone of Jordan, it will be possible to stack huge amounts of All Resist in Season 15.

The 3k value will surely be brought down after the PTR, but regardless on the value they end up with, it's still a massive improvement, as currently single-element affixes are almost useless in the game.

Why Diablo 4 Players Think This Returning Item Could Save Damage Over Time Builds

Season 15 PTR is taking a Diablo 2 mechanic called Deadly Strike, and putting it into D4. In D2, Deadly Strike is a chance for a physical damage attack to do double damage.

Deadly Strike in D4 appears as an effect on Arioc's Needle , one of the new Legacy Unique items coming to the game.

Deadly Strike has a chance to be a game changer for Damage Over Time builds, and this item is likely designed with that interaction in mind.

I'd presonally prefer Crushing Blow :)

Diablo 4 Finally Fixes the Rogue Bug That Took Over Every Leaderboard

On July 28, the infinite damage rogue is finally getting fixed, and the leaderboards should be in a much healthier state.

Diablo 4 Can Still Cost You 24 Million Gem Fragments With No Warning

New hotfixes were great for the Mythic Unique situation, but less informed players can still lose dozens of hours of progress if they salvage a Horadric gem. There is no warning in the game that alerts players about less than favorable gem fragment returns.

Diablo 4’s Pit 150 Race Has a New King, and It Isn’t Barbarian

While it was expected for Barbs to dominate the Pit yet again, it's actually the Rogue that is the top endgame class at the moment. New classes continue to struggle.

I Killed the Reaper Boss 100 Times on the New Patch!

As all of you know, we got a surprising patch drop tonight, that might just fix most issues that people have with the current season.

Among other things, this patch heavily buffed both Mythic and Iconic Mythic drops form this boss, so as I had 100 Keys laying around, I decided to test the drop rates myself. Over many hours, I collected every important data such as Mythic drops, Uniques with GA's etc. and I put all of it into an excel spreadsheet to discuss together.

TL;DR - the main takeaway is that it is indeed a lot of Mythics dropping from this boss. Not only that, but Iconics represented one third of all Mythics dropped! So the Iconic drought is officially over. For my full analysis, check out the video.

Diablo 4 Players Keep Destroying Valuable Items Because of One Misleading Recipe

There have been so many Reddit threads about people accidentally ruining their items with this recipe. And while the tooltip is clear, the main source of this confusion is in the name. For some reason, it's called an Upgrade, so what the recipe is called, and what it does are two very different things.

I thought that the name will change after the patch, but it did not.

Season 14 is a Major Step Back

Hey guys. The new season has been out for two weeks now, and it’s clear that things are just not working.

Last season was amazing. So many new and returning players, while player retention was through the roof. And now, only two months later, the game is struggling again. What the hell happened?

In this video I am dissecting the controversial Mythics 3.0 system in great detail, analyzing everything that doesn't work, why, and the new issues that the system creates. I'm also offering suggestions on how to vastly improve it.

I'm just one voice out of many, but I’ve been a Diablo fan for almost 30 years and I am very experienced with both this franchise and the game itself.

If you end up watching, let me know how you like my points. Constructive feedback always welcome!

Diablo 4 Season 14 Mythics Are Making Upgrades Harder to Find

Wudijo not finding a single old Mythic after 2000 bosses is insane. Hopefully the upcoming patch fixes these issues.

Blood Spear Necromancer Build Guide For S14 (No Mythics Needed)

Hey guys, and welcome to my newest build guide.

One thing that caught my attention from S14 patch notes was a bugfix on Lidless Wall, finally allowing us to fully benefit from its huge damage bonus. So naturally, I wanted to make a Necro build.

And this Blood Spear build is a result. Why Blood instead of Bone? I tried with the Bone variant first, but I found it to be sub-par. Blood variant is far tankier and deals far more damage.

This build sports permanent Fortify, Barrier, over 50k life, capped Crit Strike Chance AND insane attack speed.

Not only that, but every single corpse is an additional source of damage, as our Blood Spear shoots out of them as well, and we have several ways of generating these corpses.

Mythics are not needed, but Ring of Starless Skies does solve the build's resource issues if you manage to get it. The main issues you need to solve are essence generation and Bone Storm uptime, but both my video and a planner tell you how.

The end result is a super fun, fast paced build with a tremendous AOE, and I hope you'll have as much fun as I did. Comments? Questions? Concerns? Let me know!

Do Not Waste Resplendent Sparks on Diablo 4’s New Mythic System

With players being able to wear only one Crafted Mythic, Resplendent Sparks are in a weird place right now. What do you do with them after you've crafted your one Mythic?
