Heck the first episode of the series has Ginger being arrested! Getting caught by the cops as a teen is more of a later episode scenario .
Plus Ginger’s little bother Carl has his own arc or character development from a gross pranking boy to a kid who had 2 people he held dear to him pass away, almost lost his sister while she was suffering from appendicitis and unable to be in the same room as his sperm donor and rather be by his step father side though it.
You kinda see him grow and mature in his own way and wanting to start fresh when he moves from elementary to middle school but unfortunately he has to face the consequences of his actions .
Courtney Gripling was a character you did not expect to be a fan favorite, written to be you popular mean girl but she surprised everyone by being the total opposite, eh more like she grew from sheltered ignorant girl to a friend that should replace Dodie.
The real antagonist of the show Miranda, you’ll never get someone like her ever again.
Aside from the characters, I can re watch this show and be like “ oh yeah I remember land lines, video tapes and that’s how we communicated back then”
While Ginger’s daughter is a good mix of both parents
Dodie’s daughter …. Chet’s genes stood no chance and they basically made a clone of Dodie
Imagine a spin off or sequel series focusing on Ginger’s daughter.
At the beginning we all though Courtney was gonna be the snobby rich kid who looks down on other.
We were half right, but after she got “ curious “ about Ginger she grew for the better, I wanna think do to her life style and up bringing she was kinda ignorant to her peers and surroundings,
And shown to be a better friend then Dodie .
But towards the end of the series did she really deserve for her family to be uprooted from her home, her father facing criminal charges? Would you call it karma? Or just those things they happen for no reason.
But hey she living in Ginger’s old house so she’s definitely “ asorbing” all of the Ginger out Ginger’s old bedroom.
Like at the start of the series is was basically stated that Darren wasn’t a sports kid like his dad and brother but once he gets into high school/ season 3 he took the glow up to far and well he became just like his dad and brother.
What the heck?
Why Couldn’t they just kept him as the non sports kid. Plus would Simone go after Darren if he wasn’t on the football team?
I just feel like season 3 ruined him and him suddenly get muscular and joining the school football went against who he was in season 1 and 2.
This is just my opinion on him.
I remember buying this due to not liking the DVD single remaster released not having the USA brocasting music as a option
So now I have this blue ray being the only option to watch history of trunks with dream theater LOL ( my husband is a fan of dream theater)
I smile at that each time I read the definitively dangerous edition of these comics.
Plus who else imagines the voices when reading the comics?

Who thought it was a good idea to put Gosalyn in a skirt? Even if it was school uniform she be fighting tooth and nail to not wear the girls uniform and go with the boy’s uniform or a gender neutral option.
It was weird for the comics to dress her in that. She a tomboy kid through and through. Unless Mrs. Muddlfoot was the one behind making Gos a little lady.
Like have a spin off where Gosalyn is older and taking on the crime fighting persona known as “ Darkwing Duck” she could take on the legacy, Honker could be her tech wiz “sidekick” and the kid that tags along could be … her little sibling born from Drake and Morgona.
Drake would enforce to retired due to his back giving out and he be stuck at home looking after his child he had with Morgana who became his wife, Launchpad living at the Audubon Bay Bridge as a grounds keeper/ mechanic working with Honker with upgrading the thunder quack.
I rather have a spin off continuation then an over haul reboot of the series with out Jim Cummings reprising his role as the terror that flaps in the night.
( and no. I find her superhero sona of Quverwing Quack as one of her phases she had as a kid like when she was the crimson quackette. Until she decided to carry on the legacy’s of Darkwing)

In my head cannon she’s the second queen after Eschalot who left after giving birth to Vegeta and Tarble.
As Queen she not very hands on with child rearing. And when in the presence of the princes she bows in respect.
She’s the closest thing Vegeta has to a mother figure while not knowing she’s not his biological mom…
Or at least give Scoot’s bio patents a life of thier mind for how neglectful they were to poor Scoots
But she got her LGBT aunts

Or what fragrance would you choose to represent that character
Pinkie I would definitely give her a bubblegum/ candy scent

But damn did they do marble dirty by having her witness Big Mac with his sweetheart sugar bell I mean really Hasbro.
Well it was brief and Marble kinda was over it for the rest of the special.

But this episode had me realize starlight didn’t have much of a personality among her friends.
And at the end she didn’t realize that the boy she like is only gonna see her as a soccer team member and not someone worthy to hang out outside of soccer practice.
Plus do fans of Tales actually ship starlight with ace?
