10 cops just rushed into Poudre Valley Hospital on Lamay

They were driving VERY aggressively and were cutting off traffic. That’s not common even at hospitals, right?

I just watched some 20-something yo kid in a suped up red WRX do a line of coke off a receipt at the light on Harmony

All 4 windows down, cop right behind me. Gave 0 fucks. Licked the receipt afterwards.

Normally I’d mind my own business and stay in my lane because…:do what you want. But doing coke while speeding through harmony in peak traffic is absolute trash. Make sure yall watch out out there.

Woke up at 5:30 to AFIB readings. Went to the ER and got diagnosed with AFIB in my 30s. Apple Watch customer for life now.

I’ve already had the watch since Day 1 in 2015 but now even more reason. Could have saved my life for all I know. This watch is the real deal and I hope they keep expanding into these health care sensor readings.

Credit where credit is due.

For those of you who use Apple Maps *reposted*

I’m reposting this as the last post included a screenshot of the area where an incident occurred yesterday morning that I was not aware of. My last post was not meant to be insensitive, I just had no idea. My apologies.

the "look around" feature is FINALLY implemented in Apple Maps for Fort Collins, it appears. I was living in Houston years ago and was one of the first to get access to this feature and loved it. 7 years later, and now it's showing up here! Just wanted to share since I find it very useful.

Does anyone have any details on the structure fire at Genesis at Oak Ridge?

A few hours ago I saw on PulsePoint app that there was a fire there and now I went to go to the gym after work and they are telling everybody that they are closed due to an accident. Anyone know what’s going on?

My gf, a naturalized US citizen, is trying to apostille all of her citizenship documents for a Spanish student visa. Does she need to apostille her name change too?

I’m reading conflicting information online. We were under the impression that if she did her name change at the same time as her naturalization process, then the actual citizenship documents is the only thing that needs to be Apostille (her actual citizenship documents shows her new name). However, the Apostille company that she is going through says that the separate name changed document has not been certified by the Department of Justice and needs to be before they can do the Apostille. This seems to conflict with what I’m reading online.

Does anybody have any information on this? Her US passport has her new name on it, if that helps. And again, the name change was done at the exact same time during the naturalization process. Thank you!

How do you reconcile wanting to listen to the complaints from women about constantly being approached in public, with the fact that somebody has to do the approaching?

I subscribe to r/AskWomen and something that is frequently discussed is the annoyance of just not being left alone in public. Constantly being approached at the gym, the grocery store, etc. everyone in this app knows it’s typically us who are doing the approaching in general. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve ever been approached in my life by a woman. So there is a drive and an expectation that if anyone is going to do it, it’s going to be us. There’s evolutionary aspects to it as well and always has been.

And I’m not talking about the population of women who do want to be approached but are upset in the manner it’s done. I’m ignoring those people for now.

I read many of these comments and complaints and want to actively respect them and so over the years I’ve decided to just stop approaching women altogether. The last thing I wanna do is make a woman feel uncomfortable or annoyed that I’m simply approaching them at the gym. So I just don’t do it. But then you turn around and see a bunch of comments about why men are not allowed to be men anymore, and that men aren’t approaching anymore and they should. It’s a constant mental gymnastics in my opinion.

What are your thoughts?

First time in Moab, UT and it was fun. Unfortunately, too scared to do Hell’s Revenge. I’ll let the young cats with older rigs do that. Luna Lunar Rock already has too many Rocky Mountain Pinstripes on the side for me to make it worse.
