375f for 2 hours. Flipping after the first hour

So I turned it one using **87*. There are no instructions and it is really slow, the idea seems to work but the execution is horrible. I would need training exercises to effectively use this feature.

Garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, beer. 350f for 1:20 in foil. 15 minutes at 400f with BBQ sauce.
