Hitting a plateau - increase?

SW: 167
CW: 155.5
GW: 150

35F 5ft 4

I’ve been taking Wegovy oral for 2 months and 3 weeks. I took the 1.5 for one month, and have been on the 4mg for 1 month and 3 weeks. I lost about 11lbs the first two months but have been yo-yoing the same pound for this 3 weeks. I go to the gym 2-3 times per week: 1 weights, 1 cardio or 1 weights and 2 cardio typically. I started the gym when I started Wegovy and was honestly very sedentary before that. Long story short, I have a week left to decide if I should increase my dosage to the 9mg, any suggestions? My side effects are mostly mild with acid reflux (I already had GERD before starting) and sometimes some really intense fatigue. I realized last week that I likely wasn’t eating enough so have been sure to increase calories and see if that helps. It’s helping energy wise, but haven’t seen any movement weight wise yet.

I’m struggling to make the decision about increasing, as my appetite is still pretty suppressed but my weight hasn’t moved in 3 weeks and likely won’t in the week left of this dose. Any suggestions to beat the plateau will help!

Does anyone have consulting experience?

Hey guys!

I am a BCBA / Clinical director at a company that is insurance funded. I work in a pretty small town and the director of the special education program reached out to me last year (she heard of me through a parent) and asked me to speak on a panel. I did so on my own time, outside of the company.

She reached out to me recently and asked if I am able to provide a general training for about 15 staff members on skills that may be useful to them in the classroom. This will be outside of my company as well. We also discussed more specialized training for a set number of them, with me advising her that I cannot directly coach or teach techniques for specific students without observing them myself, so information will be general. She did express the desire for me to potentially observe specific students and train staff on interventions for them.

I have so many questions! The training side of things is fine, but I am not experienced with the consulting part of things.

  1. Are there limitations to what I can teach in specialized training and regarding an intervention? If I develop intervention strategies (I.e Student A would benefit from a visual schedule, etc), would I monitor regularly like I do with RBTs? What are the guidelines to this?
  2. Anyone other info, suggestions, things to think about will be useful.

I do have liability insurance through my company, but am guessing I will need to secure my own private liability insurance for this situation as well, correct?

Thank you all!

Door creak on car I just bought: update

I purchased this (used) car from a dealership Wednesday. I don’t notice this door creak until I took it home Friday. I posted on here and everyone recommended silicone lubricant. I got some but the creak is still here and it’s looking like it’s something to do with this piece. Advice? If it needs fixed, is this something the dealership would take care of since it was just purchased? 2019 Camaro

Edit: thanks guys! I reached out and he said bring it in.

Door creak on car I just bought

I just bought this 2019 Camaro LS from the dealership a few days ago. I didn’t notice this sound when I took it for a test drive or took it home but noticed today. Any info on what to do and if I can fix myself or should take it back to the dealership?

Got it!

Thanks for all of the advice! I got the dealership to do a transmission flush for me before agreeing to take the car and I can’t wait to see what it can do. I’m excited to have a car I’ve wanted for so long!

Opinions?

Please don’t come for me, I don’t have a ton of car knowledge!

I have a main vehicle and am in the position to purchase another more “fun” car. I have had a Challenger in the past but love Camaros, and am looking at purchasing a 2019 Camaro LS with 68k miles on it for $17k.

-It is through a dealership and comes with an additional 24 month/ 100k powertrain warranty
-maintenance records show reg maintenance and oil changes
-did not see any transmission flushes but it had 59k maintenance that was unspecified

Do you guys think this is a good/fair deal? Compared to my daily driver, this has enough of a speed increase that I’m not pressed about going v6 or v8. Anything else I should look into or ask the dealer about? Thanks for helping a girl out!

Edit: I plan on putting $$ down so I’m not upside down right out of the gate, if that’s relevant. Also, should I purchase an extended warranty?
