Normally have a number that ends in GB, but this time I shipped out a parcel and was given a 16 digit reference number.
The format is: 1234 AB12 3456 7890
Made sure the 0’s are entered in properly and not O’s.
I used tracked 24 - but no tracking is available with this, anyone had this issue and is there a way to resolve?

Anyone who is familiar with this exam centre in Leeds, Vitspro, is there a good chance of finding parking here?
I know there is parking directly outside however the website shows it is very limited and likely to be full for staff.

Past 4 appointments, i’ve been seen by a PA - how can I ensure it’s with a doctor?
GP staff have said there’s no more slots with a doctor, or that they don’t know who it is going to be with, and I end up with a PA who aren’t very good - they just seem inexperienced.

Ordered some items (2 shirts + 1 hoodie) from Lizhien recently as recommended from this group. I’ve ordered items from this store before and all had been good, but I had big issues this time.
Only 2 items arrived, with the hoodie missing in the shipment to the agent warehouse. This was not communicated by Lizhien, nor was payment given back automatically as normally is done when items are out of stock. In this case the item is still showing in stock and payments are going through.
My agent has been in touch with them yet they are ignoring even though they are reading the messages. I ordered the item again, as it was still in stock on their store while waiting for the refund but again no shipment and they are still ghosting my agents messages when asked if the item is going to be shipped.
Posting this is a warning if you plan to buy off Lizhien soon, your order may not be fulfilled properly and there will be issues with responses - seem like they ignore agents if any issues.
Any advice would be appreciated.
