Hi everybody! I have a major dental procedure coming up on the 23rd. my dentist is prescribing me two Valium to help me calm me down and relax on the day of my surgery. I'm not sure the MG of them but it's only two for the day of. One on the morning of the procedure and one right before the procedure. I take kratom daily over 20g. Has anyone ever used the two together? If so were there any adverse interactions? Didn't know if I should not dose that day at all or if I'd be ok with a dose early in the morning and be done for the day. Thank you.
Hi, I've been taking kratom for over ten years now. I feel like now is the time because of all the ban bills that are surrounding my state. I feel like it's just a matter of time before my state is next. There's actually legislation in the Senate for it in committee. So I wanna get ahead of it and just taper off now. The last 6 out of the last 7 I took over 100g per day. I recently tapered down to about half of that. I plan on cutting my daily dose in half again soon. I made an appointment with my doctor to address mental health and I'm on the fence about telling her about my kratom abuse but I feel like she'll look at me crazy. Is that a good idea? Maybe she can prescribe something to help with W/Ds? And address the underlying cause of why I chose to use Kratom the past decade. If that's not a good idea to mention to her should I just taper off?? I heard horror stories about the withdrawal effects and it's some scary shit. I never talked to a doctor about stuff like this so I'm just terrified.
