Latest offering of random leftovers in the fridge

Feta, chilli flakes, spinach and olive topped omelette, with charred cherry toms and chorizo. Can confirm that it was 🤌

Yesterdays meal deal, washed down with some pain killers. If it was today's meal deal, it would just be a bag of ice cubes 🥵

Greek style chicken gyros was surprisingly good, but nothing like the real deal.

Dual national - where is my super annuation?

Slightly unusual question - I'm a dual national (my Dad was a ten pound pomme living and working in Australia back in the 70s, gave me 'Bruce' as my middle name after one of his best mates there at the time...).

I was living in Australia in 2010 for around 10 months, and had a full time job that I was paying super annuation for. Being an Australian citizen I couldn't withdraw it when we left Australia.

Does anyone know how I can track down my SA and see what the value of it is? I appreciate that it probably wouldn't even cover the flight over to withdraw it! I'm also keen to know if there is any way of withdrawing it before retirement, as I'm not planning on working in Australia again (much as I loved working in Pyrmont in Sydney and commuting down to South Melbourne).

I can't even set up a myGov account to track it down as I need an Aussie phone number. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ✌️

Will I get better compounding transferring into larger pension pot?

I started contributing into pensions very late, around 33. I've pulled past workplace pensions (I've job hopped a few times) into a Moneybox Pension account, total £73k invested September 2023, worth £113k today, around 53% earnings performance - I don't actively contribute here as not sure if it's more valuable than trying to build up a late savings pot. I've been contributing to a new workplace pension scheme 10% in, 5% matched in similar timescale since joining latest job, £59k contributed, £71k balance, around 20% performance currently saved with Smart Pension. Is it better for compounding if I use Moneybox as the central growth pot and keep transferring my Smart Pension balance there, and is this allowed and/or common practice? (only able to add one photo to a post so can't show workplace pension, but big uptick in the past two months for some reason, so also debating whether to touch it if it will start performing well)

Garam masala & cheese

I've been trying curry powders in my omelettes for a while now, this one with garam masala and cheese is a taste sensation 🤌

I'm struggling with all the speculation from other clubs on carving up our squad - Fernandes, Diouf, Mavro, Summerville especially. I love the energy this squad has brought over the last few months, and watching training videos and celebrations after our wins feels like they are together and will build on the energy into next season. What's your opinion on players that will stick around or leave if we stay up?

▲ 115 r/fryup

Have been loving this sub for a while, and it got me in the mood to sort a fry up for the bank holiday. Sorted dishes for wife and kids too. Went for white pudding over black. Bit of sourdough toast and that's a bit of fried wheaten bread under one of the eggs. I'm fully in a carb coma now though 😁
