Sooo this thing has some springyness to it, and i tried pulling it out, not too hard, but i tried pulling it out to clean it and it just Sprung right back to place is that good, how do I clean it, am I gonna break it? Or is it okay to just, hook it up to wheel really good, and then pour some oil in it to lube it up? Or do i just plug it in? If i do have to put some type of lube in there, what kind do i use? Yes I will most certainly google it, one step ahead of you.

Anyone got a VT700 or VT800 and changed the Bulbs to LEDs? I can already tell with people how they are and the weather in GA being what it is, id like some LEDs for my shadder 8 hunnered, just asking if anyone has done the LEDs on their bikes what LEDs you used and where to buy em, would appreciate any help with it you can give guys. Check it out tho! I installed the light!

What size, and twist rate bolts go here, and also do i need any connection of some kind, cause these lights only came with straight up wires no connection or plug in, am I supposed to have that? Please give ma as much help as possible lol thanks!!

I know Google exists, and i know i could just use Ai for this but forgive me for wanting a real person's input.

So I have this shadow 800 as some of you may know and ive got several question but ill just ask these for now.

In one of the pictures you can see that under the gauge it only has 1 nut or whatever holding the gauge, thats cause the the gauges bolt broke off, can I just replace that bolt, or do i need a new gauge cluster?

And does anyone know where i can find a diagram or blue prints of the engine or anything at all for this bike? Cause like, ive tried to find out where this hose goes and I cant find it.

Lastly, I wanna know where I can find the exact part number or a good solid replacement for these riser bushings, ill try and put a Pic of that as well.

Any tips or help would be useful, again, I am aware google exists, there is literally no need to tell me, I just like to ask real people questions and discuss things with real people before we get like China and it becomes illegal. Speedo doesnt work, and i just wanna knownwhere in the world I find it, is it on the shaft or is on the front wheel? Everything seems okay on the gauge cluster im thinking its probably the other part of the cable, i just need to know where that other part is.

Me and best friend were fiddling with the bike, and we found out today that every single light on this bike works, theyre just not there ( we tested the sockets with a tester ) and so now I just need to buy some original parts, put them on and i will have all the electric work sorted!!! The lord has blessed me with this bike its unreal. Also, the rear tail light is there, I just need to find some bulbs, they work too!!! God is grand!! Also I took the gay anime stickers off lol, theyre cool or whatever but they aint me. Making some progress!! Very excited. 😊💞

Okay so I just acquired a shadow 800, and its not the prettiest thing ever but its my first bike!! And I love it!!! I took it down the road and its awesome, but the only thing that truly bothers me other than no headlight ( lol! ) is that the handlebars are loose, but not just the handlebars, the whole triple tree kinda is loose, supposedly theres bushings I can replace, but any tips or parts numbers for solid bushings would be super helpful!! Here she is!! You can see the handlebar, and those silver pieces that attach the handlebar to the bike, just below that, straight down, thats the part thats loose. Any help would be appreciated again, thanks everyone happy riding!!

I wanted a CBR600R as my first bike, but honestly im thinking of doing something thats been done a few times, gold wing cafe racer style!! Yeehaw, here's some inspiration for myself. Just wanted to have a conversation about it.

Im looking for a 1200+ but like a mid 80s because the 6 cylinders look a bit too long, and the 2 cylinders i mean... come on... I need my 4 cylinder fix man 😈

Ill either buy one thats been stripped down already, or ill buy one and strip it down myself, either way im im on the hunt for a 4cylinder gold wing bay bee.

Im pretty short, I was just barely able to tippy toe a CB300R for my safety course, after a few hours tho I got the hang of it and it got pretty comfortable pretty quickly, but I want a CBR600RR as my first bike, thats just what I want I know im an idiot, ive heard it my whole life, no need to tell me anymore, I just want to know from my short Kings and Queens who have a CBR600RR or any 600CC from your favorite brand, or even a taller trail bike, whats your techniques to deal with taller bikes as a shorter person? Did you just take a shortcut and lower it, or is there maybe a certain shoe type that helps? Just asking cause im probably gonna save up until Christmas and get one just out right with cash. Thanks for any tips.

Now that I think about it, I think my boots i bought were definitely helping a little bit with the clearance, so ill try sitting on one with my motorcycle boots, see if that helps.
