Is this air intake/tent setup correct?

Is this an effective/correct air intake method? This is my setup after and before. Growing out a 32x32x63in (2.7x2.7) tent. Reasoning is to allow more passive airflow to increase duct speed setting without too much negative pressure. I have duct venting out lung room window to prevent household smell as lung room is bedroom. Fear of too much force on tent poles and tent damage for pinhole light leaks. Below is detailed grow report

Early Veg Problems
Had problems with watering. Used strictly spray bottle first 2-4 weeks of veg. On top of that, light was a bit close at times/didn’t keep up with raising light enough. My first feeding was 26 days late.

Currently standing approx. 21 inches tall. I have about 19 inches until I hit the light. So about 40 inches total from soil to light. Been able to keep it consistent height by tucking under net and training with plant ties. I could’ve had a wrong measurement of plant at time of topping. I’m weary of stretch getting too close to the light and fox tailing, light burn. I first fed 56 days after germ. It’s recommended 30 days to feed. Meaning I went 26 days past the point so I believe I had deficiencies, and why my lower branches could be doing poor

Watering about 1gal of filtered GE fridge water, let it sit out at least 24hrs to dissipate any chlorine or anything else ONLY dry top two inches by using my finger in a couple different spots. I use an approx. 1/2 gal gooseneck water can. pH is 6.8 or less. I’ll do another test soon of water and runoff

May 9th Topped one time from 16 nodes to I think 6 nodes. 14 inches tall to 9inches tall about, but this is again at the time of topping

I fed with Stonington blend plant food and earthworm castings on May 8th. 1/4 cup food and 1 cup castings.

May 26th I fed with 1/4cup+6tsp of Stonington blend plant food, 1/8-1/4cup Stonington blend soil, and 1 heaping cup of earthworm castings, followed by a gallon of water

June 16th I top dressed 1/8cup Stonington Plant Food and 1/2 Cup Earthworm castings, followed by gallon of water

June 28th I purposely let plant dry out for 4-5 days. I kept getting gnats in humidifier hose and drip pan no matter how hard I would try and combat and had a fear of them in the soil. To note, I have yet caught anything flying in sticky traps in air or on the soil. I currently do not use the traps on soil only air. I have had the humidifier/hose removed since at least June 28th.

July 6th I top dressed 1 cup Coast of Maine Earthworm castings, 1/2 cup Coast of Maine Stonington plant food, and 1/2 cup of Stonington Blend Soil. Watered shy of a gallon and flipped to 12/12 light cycle and switch led to flower mode.

July 7th is first official date of Flower

July 10th lowered light to 50%

July 18th removed pot riser and replaced with 14in? saucer. watered 1gal water

July 25th Fed 1/2 cup earthworm castings and 1 tbsp Buds & Blooms. Water about .8-.9 gal. Raised light to 55% intensity with plans to increase 5% every day until 100%. Also spread canopy further in trellis net

July 26th Raised light to 60% intensity 4:40 p.m Indoor tent environment 71F and 59%RH VPD 1.1KPA

July 29th I watered about .8-.9 gal. Lollipopped/Defoilated mostly everything under net, and some of the branches that were close together to try and decrease humidity and prevent mold risk, along with promote stronger denser main colas and bigger branches overall. Measuring 21 inches tall, 19in away from light. Increase oscillating fan to speed 5/10 from speed 4. Increased LED intensity to 65%. Lowered duct low trigger setting from 52% to 48% at 9p.m

July 30th At 8:14 p.m temp/rh was 70f/67rh tent, lung room 68f/59rh. Going to experiment raising inline duct fan exhaust speed up from 4/10. Worried about negative pressure damaging tent

July 31st I increased LED intensity from 65% to 75% at 12:23 p.m. I believe stretch is complete

August 2nd I fed 1/2cup earthworm castings and 2tablespoons of buds & blooms. Watered with .9-1.0 gallon water at 12:45 p.m

August 5th I increased the led to 90% at 12:05 p.m. While observing plant I noticed suspected powder mildew. Upon further evaluation I then believed to be just darker trichome production on fan leaf, possibly dust or optical illusion. Seems to need water in about 1-2 days. Inside tent conditions 70F, 57rh

32x32x63in tent duct settings

What is the max speed you use with 32x32x63in (2.7x2.7) tent paired with 4in duct exhaust vent and filter?

I’m worried about too much negative pressure damaging tent and causing bends in frame or light leaks

Open vent with duct cover over it. Current speed set to 4. Exhausts out window vent

Want to increase speed to try and lower humidity as I’m in early flower

Let me know your settings if you have this ten size, medium is soil if that matters. Hand water. Bottom left of tent pic is the vent, then I have indoor and outdoor climates for day and week. Lung room is a bedroom

Do I need to amend my duct settings?

These are my tent/lung environments. 32x32x63in (2.7x2.7) tent with grow hub. Humidifier is off. Lung room bedroom. Have wall a/c unit in North Eastern US.

Standby is set to 1, and further detailed. I’m in flower day 22 right now so trying to get humidity to 45-55rh to avoid mold. Just did major lollipop/defoilation

Do I need to increase duct speed? It seems to be pulling tent in significant amount. I also have the bottom left duct open for air intake and then a screen attached to it via drawstring

Or perhaps do I need to lower the setting from 52 trigger?

I was thinking putting a dehumidifier in the bedroom

Tent duct runs out a window via a vivosun fixture and then I have a window screen down over the fixture

Is my tray upside down?

Flame me if need be, first time grower. I have this raised tray under my 5gal fabric pot, problem is I just flipped to flower and I have a strong feeling removing this trey every time to clean is gonna kill my plant due to me dropping it , or I have the legs upside down

It also collects gnat eggs or something even though I have zero pests in my tent. I empty it out every time I water and clean it

Maui Pine, F3, D116

Question/Concern: My biggest concern right now is RH getting too high, but I lowered my high rh trigger and have a/c running 24/7 in lung room so I should be good. Getting close to 50-55rh. I’m weary the yellow lower branches aren’t going to rebound. I was going to take cuts but I figured if I clone it’ll end up getting way too close to light after stretch and recovery, and the lower branches didn’t get healthy enough yet for me to want to chance taking a cut/clone. Also, is my net properly positioned? I got used to raising it above canopy to water and realign net, but I don’t think I’m gonna be able to do that in flower. So for now I’m tucking any new chutes and if the mature branches get long enough I’m moving them into outer squares to widen canopy as much as I can. Any advice would be appreciated really. This is my second grow but only got to about a month in veg my first grow years ago

How to rid feeling of anger/vengeance/envy?

TW-Trigger Warning(S.A) Please delete if not allowed

I’m sorry if this isn’t allowed here I’m just having a rough time

Majority of my life I’ve been in foster care through family members. For a good 5-6 years I ended up with my family member in a really nice small town neighborhood

I became really close friends with “C”. Did everything with each other. He was a couple years older, when I was 13 he was 15

By the time I was 13, I unfortunately got mixed into prescription opioid abuse along with Benzos and THC, my sister was removed from my house due to a family member of our house allegedly molesting her, he hadn’t lived with us in over a year

I always knew SOMETHING had happened to her by his hand, but she over exaggerated a lot because she was a scared kid, and I discredited her, regretfully.

When I was 13 and she was removed, C, D, and J were all hanging out walking down my road when they developed a plan. I was guided into the woods and while they stayed back for a second to talk, they all looked up, ran at me, held me down, while J proceeded to force his genitals in my mouth

I proceeded to go to that school for another year and a half-2 years. Getting bullied, etc. I always played it off as boys being boys while telling myself I deserved it for not speaking out about my own sister

Well, 2023 comes, I’m 22 years old, sitting with my 3 month old daughter and it just really hit me how I was raped or sexually assaulted

My problem is, I don’t want to speak out against these guys, as I don’t want to act on vengeance as I don’t think it’s what Christ would want. But on that same note, to I have a responsibility to Christ to make the world a safer place?

C, after distancing and discussing with others, is known to have had numerous allegations with different girls/woman

I contacted him and he showed zero remorse, downplayed the significance, directed blame towards the others, etc. clearly this guy hasn’t changed much

The fact it’s been about 11 years since this event happened, I just feel unjustified in any action I take, but it also hasn’t gotten easier. I’m still mutual friends and it’s caused a strain as again, it’s a small school

Any thoughts would be helpful I’m just stuck

Maui Pine, Day 71 Germ

1st Round of Lollipop/Defoliation yesterday along with about .7-.8gal of water. Been using plant ties and binder clips to even/spread out canopy. About 12 inches tall. Seems to be going good so far. I think I’m gonna flip in 10-20 days depending on growth. Next water I’ll top dress with more earthworm castings and Stonington blend food from Coast of Maine

Any suggestions? Second Grow, First Potential Harvest. Last photo for tent size reference. Outdated photo. Rest of photos are from yesterday during water

Maui Pine, Coast of Maine, Any Suggestions?

Any advice/suggestions? Second grow. Never got to harvest. I’m thinking mix of water, light, and feed issues. To keep it short; Germ direct in soil 03/13. I’m running Maui Pine by Dirty Bird Genetics using Coast of Maine Stonington Blend in 5gal fabric pot. Used about red solo cup worth of CoM Potting Soil. I was being too over cautious and watering with just a spray bottle first 2 weeks. Using filtered fridge GE tap water, letting evaporate for 24hrs prior to use using about 1/2 gal gooseneck can. About 1gal of water whenever it feels light and dry, going in circles around plant outwards. Also had light being too close at some points I believe. Tent size 32x32x63inches. Temp and humidity gets no higher than 78F and 71RH. Typically RH low 60’s. Light defoliation so far for anything that was really yellowed and dead. Only a couple leafs. Yesterday morning I fed with 1/4 cup CoM Stonington Blend Food and 1 cup of CoM Earthworm Castings and a little shy of a gallon of water. Also just added the trellis net yesterday. No other training done yet besides spreading canopy. I have sticky fly traps setup through, including one in fabric pot top layer

Germinated direct in soil 3/13

Coast of Maine Potting soil, approx red solo cup worth

Rest of 5gal filled with Stonington Blend

Growing with some lettuce seedlings and what not

Using Vivosun Tent Kit with ACInfinity Humidifier, dialed at 61% RH and 78.8F High for my duct

Light on 60% intensity. RH and VPD Vary

No topping/training yet other than moving some fan leafs

Had problems with watering. Used strictly spray bottle first two weeks. On top of that, light was a bit close at times/didn’t keep up with raising light enough

Nice blue prints. These pictures are from today
