Do people realize that when some astrology sources describe Scorpio as a less than desirable sign that it doesn't mean they are sinister or difficult, it is that they are misunderstood and that it is a difficult sign for those to live under. Sorry for what you guys sometimes go through.

Why do you guys get hate? Cancers have treated me better than any other sign throughout my life. My poor friend has his moon and Mercury in Leo. I know it's not bad, but sometimes Leo placements can make folks feel neglected.

I have had three occasions in my life where a Capricorn was the highest-ranking authority in a business. On all three occasions, for whatever reason, the Capricorn felt they were in the right, or felt a need to assert authority over me. They resorted to unconventional tactics in an attempt to regain control or a sense of authority, all three times behaving as if their motivation would not be criticized. Of course, I cannot pinpoint exactly what is going on in these folks' minds, but it is as if they took a petty situation and escalated it to one where they sacrificed their own work performance, effectively making a show of intentional negligence. The end result was their claim that they were not aware of the final outcome as a consequence.

I have a Capricorn ascendant and Saturn in Leo, as well as Mercury in Capricorn. Being a Sagittarius, I know truth, honesty, integrity, and a work ethic dedicated to proper service are enduring traits that survive dishonesty and manipulation. I find it so perplexing, knowing how Saturn and Capricorn influence my personality, that individuals with Capricorn suns do not understand these things as completely or in the same way that I do. They cut corners intentionally to prove a point, when it ends up being a striking black mark on their reputation from which they do not seem to ever redeem themselves. What might make a Capricorn self-destructive in this way, especially when it comes to work performance and their own reputation?

I bought a Bulova at J.C. Penney on Sunday. The sales associate told me that Bulova only uses surgical steel in its watches to prevent scratches. This made sense to me, as my Citizen, which I wear just as often, is heavily scratched, while my Bulovas are relatively unblemished. However, I wanted to ask if the information I was provided is correct.

I have been considering buying a Grand Seiko Spring Drive. The Accutron Tuning Fork and the Accutron Electrostatic have caught my interest as well, all of them due to the seconds hand movement. I have heard that the contemporary tuning fork is overpriced, as vintage models can be had for much less money and can potentially be repaired more easily. The electrostatic is fun, to be sure, but it sounds like it has no serviceable parts when it breaks and would have to be replaced entirely. In a perfect world, I would buy the electrostatic, but I do not want to invest that kind of money in a watch that is essentially disposable when it needs servicing. Do you have any idea how long the electrostatic will last? I think I am going to have to go with my initial choice of the Spring Drive, since any authorized dealer will be able to make repairs, which is not true for the electrostatic and likely the same for the modern tuning fork. Any education you could provide would be appreciated.

Too many posts on here about how people talk badly about Cancers. Maybe I have just been lucky (Sagittarius here), but I have only had one bad Cancer in my life, and even then, they are so easy. If you are able to provide them with safety and security, they will be emotionally invested in the person that you are.
