My ruptured ectopic emergency surgery was Monday 8/10. Lost my left fallopian tube. Haven’t had bleeding since. When should I expect to bleed? I’ve had two other losses that were missed miscarriages and this has just been so different I’m not sure what is normal or what to expect post surgery.

Mostly just looking for others stories…. Wondering when it’ll be our time. After your ectopic, when did you start trying again? Did it seem like your fertility decreased with one fallopian tube? Was your next pregnancy successful?

Just wanted to post all my different tests and the betas associated with them.
Quite anxious but today was the last test I’m going to take. Next step is more labs and an US on 8/11. Very nervous since my progesterone dropped from 30.50 to 22.92 today. But I am on vaginal progesterone as well.
Looking for reassurance or stories of people with similar progression/hormone levels!

I’m thinking these are dye stealers today. Looks like it’s maybe time to put the tests down and trust the process. 🤞🏼✨ after two missed miscarriages last year this process is so anxiety inducing. Our first we made it to 11weeks but baby stopped developing around 8 weeks, our second we never saw a heartbeat at the viability scan and that was at 7 weeks. First US through my fertility office is 8/11. Getting to that date is going to draggggg.
Been very nervous since my initial beta was so low… taking every win we can after two missed miscarriages last year…. Double rainbow pregnancy please stick around 🙏🏼🌈🌈
What do we think of this progression? The cheapies are not getting as dark but I’m happy with FRER and clear blue.
Lmp was 7/1 but we have been working with a fertility office and know conception happened around 7/14. I know that’s not how dating works but… it’s helping me rationalize the beta numbers.
I also felt a very distinct implantation pain around 11:30pm on 7/24 that woke me up out of sleep. Then first VERYYYYY faint positive was 7/26.
Some background, I had two mature follicles on the day I had an LH peak seen on US. One on my right seemed as if it already ruptured/released but the other didn’t. I’ve been going based on the one we saw released. So I think I’m 16dpo but if it’s the other egg that got released maybe later I’m not sure what dpo I am…
Some of my tests like clear blue are clearly rising but some of the other cheap tests and even frer seem light to me despite them gradually darkening.
Also, my Inito chart has a big dip in estrogen today making me nervous. I know I’m not supposed to track with Inito after pregnancy but waiting for my beta results has me going nutty.
Looking for others thoughts/opinions/experiences. Anyone have this happen? What were the outcomes? Have any line progression photos to share?
First beta was 7/28 and was only 32 so I have been anxious. But just had my 2nd beta drawn and waiting on results.
Can hardly believe it, but 12DPO evening test was positive! This morning (less than 12 hour later) unsure if tests seem lighter or the same but trying to stay hopeful and just celebrate the fact that I was able to get pregnant after so many months of trying to conceive after two complicated missed miscarriages last year. 1 year ago today I found out I was pregnant with my second pregnancy that ended in MMC, so quite anxious to say the least. But celebrating this win and celebrating today. ✨ taking it one day and one step at a time 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Currently 11dpo. Just went to the bathroom and had egg white cervical mucus… any idea why? Anyone have this and find out they are pregnant? (Test last night was negative). Looking for stories of similar situations and outcomes.
Test last night was negative, this morning hormones stayed down on Inito.… 🫠 11 DPO this morning. Anyone have a similar chart/pattern and what was the outcome? Should I prepare for Aunt Flo? My temp is still up, Oura ring is going nuts about my readiness being low, couple days of major warning signs… Had a very intense pain in my pelvic region at 11:45pm that woke me up and felt like intense period cramps that lasted about a minute and then subsided. At that time I got super hot and a little nauseous. Then it went away.
Any insight would be helpful. Anyone have a dip at 10dpo and still get good news at the end of it all?
Had major warning signs alert on my Oura today and it tried to manually adjust my temp, HR is also elevated…
Stark white negatives today 🫠 no symptoms. Just looking for positive stories with similar charts/situation. TTC after two MMC last year and a diagnosis of endometritis and possible endo/adeno is not for the faint of heart. 😵💫

I am 8 dpo, held off on testing with Inito daily so I did one today. I figure if I take a pregnancy test it’ll be negative since the LH isn’t rising from falsely picking up HCG. What would you do? What do we think about my chart?
Did my last inito test strip from the box, and am 5dpo. I have another box of inito strips… do I keep testing or just leave it be and hope for the best?
Also, How’s my chart looking?
Took a few months off for a hysteroscopy and biopsies which showed chronic endometritis (not from bacteria/infection but they think likely from my two missed miscarriages that both had retained products in my body for months afterward…
Anyways, treating that and waiting on MRI to get approved through insurance so we decided to do a natural cycle. Turns out I had two dominant follicles at 21mm on left and 24mm on right before ovulation.
Here is my chart so far. I have two more tests in my pack and I think I’m going to stop testing this time around once those are done.

My husband and I are doing a natural cycle before I have a hysteroscopy to look at something in my uterus (seen on SIS) to see if it is something that can be removed to increase our chances & biopsies for hopefully some answers. I also will be having a HSG at the same time. But we had to wait a cycle because they didn’t have availability this month so we are doing a natural cycle without hormone supplementation, without letrozole, without trigger shot.
