Question about meth relapse after long term abstinence?

So I hadnt used any substances in over 10 years. I recently went on a week long meth binge. Doses started small but quickly escalated to using a gram a day the last couple days. I haven't used since 4am early Sunday morning.

When I stopped heavy stimulant use in the past, it took like 5 years to start feeling normal again and have energy. I know it's only day 2 of being clean but the fatigue and tiredness is pretty extreme. Really hoping I didnt fry my receptors and going to have to wait years to feel normal again. Anybody have any experience with meth relapse and the potential damage caused?

Just relapsed on meth and Xanax after 10 years of sobriety

Alcohol, speed, and benzos were my worst addictions but I used anything I could get in active addiction. I was homeless but got into a long term rehab facility where I spent 9 months in inpatient treatment and then another 9 months in a halfway house. I built a good life for myself in sobriety and was happy. I have an amazing girlfriend and supportive family. I have a great career, I managed to buy 2 houses that I rent out, and just bought a brand new truck and boat just 2 weeks ago… and here I am coming down from a heavy week long meth binge while popping Xanax like candy to take the edge off the paranoia. The relapse wasn't planned.

Yesterday the gravity of my situation hit me realizing I was completely out of control and on a path to losing everything meaningful in my life. I called a former addiction counselor who I am still very close to. I got rid of all the drugs and went to an NA meeting. I slept about 10 hours and went to work today crashing hard and super depressed. I really fucked up.

I just relapsed on meth and Xanax after 10 years of sobriety

I am a poly addict. Alcohol was my worst addiction, followed by amphetamine and benzos but I used anything I could get. I was homeless but got into a long term rehab facility. I built a good life for myself in sobriety and was happy. I have an amazing girlfriend and supportive family. I have a great career, I managed to buy 2 houses, just bought a brand new truck and boat… and here I am coming down from a week long meth binge. I probably used a gram of meth yesterday alone and have been eating Xanax like candy to mitigate the paranoia and take the edge off. I’m sure my girl friend has noticed I’ve been different but I don’t think she suspects drugs. I don’t know what to do, I really fucked up
