Secondary infertility - what worked?

If you experienced secondary infertility, how did you find success?

background- in a same sex relationship so went right into fertility treatments. IUI worked for our first living child. Went back for #2 and experienced a CP, MC at 7 weeks, IUI fail, IUI fail, then moved to IVF and first transfer was a fresh transfer that resulted in another CP. Ive gotten everything tested other than endometriosis/endometritis and I do have high levels of APS, enough so that I finally got prescribed Lovenox. For karyotyping I did have a balanced inversion but no translocation. My thyroid just came back high at 5.81, but previously it’s always been low so will possible be treating that with medication as well. For my next transfer I plan to do lovenox and intralipid. Anything else I should explore?

Slow rising hcg

I went in at 10dp5dt and had an hcg of 104. They told me this was perfect. I went back today at 12dp5dt and my level was 150. I had a bleeding episode on 9dp5dt. Can anyone share any stories of hope or should I prepare for the worst?

Pregnant and so scared

I have one LC from IUI. Went for a second and had a chemical, MC and failed IUIs so we moved to IVF. Got pregnant first round with a fresh transfer and found out today at 10dp5dt that my hcg is 104. I’ve had some spotting and I’m just so so so scared. How do you get past the fear after getting pregnant with a previous loss. Sending love to this community!

Positive outcomes with early bleed

TW: bleeding

I did a fresh transfer and got a faint positive on 5dp5dt. This morning I woke up on 8dp5dt to a good amount of dark brown/dark red blood. It’s pretty much tapered off by now, and I took another pregnancy test which had a very strong positive line on it. I am so confused about what’s going on and looking for some success stories with early bleeding.

FET protocol

I just did a fresh transfer that is looking like it’s going to be a fail. I’m lucky that I have 3 embryos on ice. Can someone please share what type of protocol they did for a FET that seemed to work?

Shifting your mindset

Looking for advice on anyone that has been able to successfully shift their mindset into a happy and calm place. I know I need this mindset shift in order to get myself into the right mentality to carry a healthy pregnancy I just don’t know how to get there. I’m filled with so much jealousy, anger and rage right now. Mad at the world that I’m going through this, mad that other people get pregnant so easily and I can’t. I look at my life and I should be so happy with what I have, but I just can’t seem to practice any gratitude right now. I have a consult with a therapist today and hoping that’s a step in the right direction, but looking for any lightbulb moments any of you had where you told yourself hey life isn’t that bad we’ll get through this.
