Hi folks. Another question for you. I had read they intubate you for the hiatal hernia surgery. Do they remove it after the surgery is done, or will I wake up with a breathing tube in my trachea? If it's the latter, how do you keep from completely freaking out and pulling the thing out? Thanks in advance for the info!

Hi folks. I had some questions about the manometry test.

* I suspect part of my stomach is up in my chest cavity. Can they still do it and there are extra risks if that's the case?

* I have one nostril that is much smaller inside than the other one. Someone told me I might have a deviated septum. I would assume to let them know to put it in the nostril that's bigger. If they do this, will I still be able to breathe through my mouth?

* surgeon ordered it because I told him I've had multiple endoscopies and EGD's (esophageal dilation) because the acid caused strictures to form. I don't quite understand why he ordered the manometry because of that. I thought it just measures my ability to swallow. I can swallow okay. The food gets stuck due to the stricture. I'm Hill Grade IV. GI doc didn't measure the opening. I guess I've got no working valve down there. I saw the guy last November so I feel uncomfortable to call and ask the questions after all this time. I didn't get the manometry done yet due to a family emergency.

* This is the only test he's ordering. All he has are my endoscopy results and images from a few years ago. Should I be concerned?

* He was steering me to a floppy / loose 360 fundoplication. I had read that the toupet 270 fundoplication is preferred or those two types. The latter is better if you have swallowing issues and it minimizes risk of case bloat. He called it toupee in his notes. They use the DAX Copilot transcription service so I'm hoping that was just a typo and not due to lack of experience doing the toupet. What are you folks thoughts? Should I speak with him about it after the manometry?

* The hotshot hiatal hernia doc I was going to use had retired. All he did was HH surgery and had awesome reviews. He had referred me to this doc, who does bariatric surgery and hernias. He told me he does HH surgery though and it's on his website. The surgeon has no reviews on HH surgery. He's only got 7 reviews on google but they are all 5 star. One guy said good job on inguinal hernia, so there's that. I've looked around and there's no docs now that have reviews and do HH surgery. I gotta get this thing done soon b/c symptoms are getting worse. The surgeon seemed very comfortable and confident. I also spent about an hour with him discussing my case in person. I've never had any doc spend that much time with me. What do you folks think? Any port in a storm at this point?

Hi folks. This HH is kicking my butt. I've got to ask you. Do you get really bad dizziness and shortness of breath? Do you feel physically wiped out? Do simple tasks like light house or yard work make you feel like you're going to pass out?

Did your stomach get really bloated and hard? Do you feel like your a minute away of throwing up sometimes?

I'm wondering why this seems to have gotten progressively worse. I'm thinking maybe a large part of my stomach is up in my chest cavity and that's what's causing it.

I just had to restart my game 3x due to ferals jumping into my base. I have a sniper tower up and five guys in the base. One chick on inside fence ran for it when she saw the ferals. These guys repeated kept getting in. They weren't even showing up on my radar.

Running mods but station is kind of cramped. Can't even remove built in facilities. Running modded game.

Blocked off all doors but ferals just jump the fence.

If you guys have a better spot or strategy, please let me.

I just got notice that a community is in trouble bc zombie attack. I go in and all the guys are red as soon as I break down the door. Then they gang up and smash me dead. I have state of decay save editor running so I'll be okay but still, those sneaky bastards.

Tested wired and I get close to one gig up and down. If I go wireless I get about 260 down and 240 up.

Just checked my ooma dashboard. I see that no call logs have been generated in my ooma portal since 4/22. Anyone experience this situation and if so, were you able to recover all the calls that are not showing on the dashboard? I called ooma to ask these questions but they are closed. Thanks!

Been using ebay for more than 10 years. I have purchased button cell from sellers on numerous occasions. I just got a notice from Ebay that a battery I bought might not be safe. This seller has sold 14 thousand of these batteries and it is still up for auction. This is the message they sent me:

"We take product safety very seriously. We’re reaching out to you because an item you purchased may have been recalled or pose a safety hazard. If the item is subject to recall, we recommend that you stop using it immediately. If you have questions about the item(s), please reach out to the seller or the manufacturer. Item details are listed below. 

This item has been removed due to safety concerns, as it may not meet required standards for products containing button batteries and could pose a risk of serious injury if accessed or swallowed."

It's a frikkin button cell battery. "LR44 10 PACK LR44 AG13 A76 L1154 357 303 LED Button 1.5V Cell Alkaline Battery."

I'm looking and the item is still up for action. The status of my order in my ebay is "awaiting shipment."

I try to call ebay about this. They won't let me reach anyone unless I'm logged in. I log in. I then fight with the AI chat bot, who will not let me speak with a live person no matter what I do. I then call ebay because I've been an ebay customer for so long, I still have their phone number. Thinking aha, I've defeated their AI. I then get a voice phone bot, who does the same thing, and then eventually hangs up on me because i'm calling outside their normal business hours.

Also, whenever I try to log in now I'm faced with a picture challenge.

What in god's name has happened to this company?
