The Bow River might be one of the best deals in knives

My wife and I used my Bow River to butcher a few extra roosters yesterday, I gotta say it may be the best deal in the Spyderco world. The edge was quick to touch up ahead of time, we butchered 5 but I'd bet I could have done 20 without having to resharpen, and it worked great to get in tight on the boning work. Definitely a great knife to have on hand for all sorts of work!

Classic hen or roo question

This is Lil'Grey, my friendliest chicken. There is some debate about her hen-ness, and then she/he goes and does this. I'm not sold that she's a he, but my wife says I'm in denial. Either way, Lil'Grey is here to stay, but if she's a he, he's the least Dom roo I've ever seen.

Modded one of my Runts

Not a fan of chopped CF so I made some mammoth ivory scales for this snappy little guy.

The whole thing is 10'x30', I'm using 1/2" mesh for the screening. The hen house will have 2x4 perches with the cleanout hatch on the backside, nesting boxes will back up to the smaller hatch.

Anyone see anything I missed before it's too late?
