Perfect plate for the 60th Anniversary
I have a large license plate collection. I pick them up at antique shops and Marketplace. This one has been sitting in a tub for about 15 years. I found the right place to display it.

Traded in my 2022 Jeep Gladiator. Absolutely zero regrets. The ride is so much better. My only wish is that the towing capacity was higher.
I’ve had my Gladiator for a year. I’m a 56 year old guy who is 6’6” and 250 lbs. around town, the Gladiator was fine. Just fine, not great. But a few weeks ago, I took a road trip in it. About 300 miles round trip. I was broken and busted afterwards. Every little bump was jarring. It’s got jerky steering. Just completely uncomfortable.
My dad had a 66 Bronco in Wimbledon White when I was a kid. I loved it. Then I saw an ad for the 60th Anniversary Bronco. I went to test drive it. So comfortable. It handles bumps like they aren’t even there. I was hooked. So now I own a Wimbledon White Bronco. It was fun for a year but I’ll probably never buy another Jeep.
I just moved not a new community. What I didn’t know, was that about 25% of the houses were purchased by investors who have put renters in these houses. The average price of these homes is about $600,000. You can OBVIOUSLY tell the renters from the homeowners by the way they are maintaining the yards and by the junk vehicles in the driveways and parked along the streets.
I’ve brought these concerns to our current HOA, which is operated by a management company and the developer. This will change once the development is built out. But for now, nothing is being enforced or the current CC&R’s are allowing these activities.
My question is, will the new homeowner led HOA have the power to restrict rentals in the development? Several of us are upset about the renters and are concerned about property values.
I bought my 2022 Gladiator used last year. I live in Idaho where getting a rock slapped against your windshield isn’t a matter of if but a matter of when. My wife’s Range Rover had three replacements within the first year of ownership. My Tacoma got busted the day after I bought it.
I have the original window sticker for my Gladiator and saw that it came with Gorilla Glass. This past Sunday, I was headed home and I saw the rock coming from the rear tire of the truck in front of me. I was going about 50 mph and it bounced once and it my windshield square in the middle. It was loud and I just knew I was about to buy a new one. I yelled, “FUCK!” When I heard it. To my amazement it didn’t shatter. There was a very, very small mark on the glass but that was it. Whoever bought the Gladiator new, I want to thank you.
