Hey guys, trying to figure out how to resolve this situation.

Today a Sam's delivery driver (via Spark) hit and damaged our garage door. I was handling my kids, so I wasn't able to confront the driver. The Driver drove off shortly after he made the delivery. I called the police and showed them footage of the incident.

After calling my local Sam's Club to report the driver, they said that since it was a third party delivery, they didn't have control over that and referred me to the spark phone number at 855-743-0457. After calling that number, I found that it was a phone line only for drivers and thus you couldn't report drivers on it.

They referred me to the Walmart hotline of 800-925-6278 since I was a customer. But of course that line only is for people who make orders via Walmart/ Walmart +. This Walmart associate referred me to the Spark Phone Number, again.

So I called the Spark Number again and they just told me to call Sam's Corporate at 888-746-7726. After being on hold for a while (1hr 15 minutes), I explained my situation to an associate who offered me a $20 credit for the damage done to my garage (which is a pretty small sum in light of the hundreds of dollars of damage). They said they would flag the driver, but it might not do much good because it is a 3rd party.

I guess just file an insurance claim and hope for the best?
