Was on my bike and saw this pup loose. Very sweet 50/60 pound pit girly. Such a pretty coat too! Called animal control and stayed with her until she was picked up. You’ll be getting a call if she is chipped. Otherwise, someone go adopt this gurl!

[LFG] ISO: Lead female vocalist for dreampop/prairiegaze studio project

I’ve got an album of rough mixes that need vocals. I was previously collaborating with my wife but she wanted to stop so now I’m looking for a new collaboration. There is potential for this to be a long term project as I have a lot more tracks than this.

Modest Mouse, Death Cab For Cutie, and Of Montreal all released a new album today…[DISCUSSION]
All three bands are at or a couple years into the 30th year as an act. There is a think piece somewhere here and I’m not quite sure where to take it or what I’m trying to articulate.
Who else from indie rock scene of the 90s has survived and continued releasing music? Built to Spill, Wilco, Bonnie Billy…And it’s weird to compare the arc of a bands career to say the Rolling Stones or Paul McCartney 30 years in. Who else survived from the 70s and 80s for a 30 year career? Who will make it to 30 from the 00s? Interpol, Wolf Parade, Sufjan…
