Tons of spare parts. Has anyone made something from scratch?

Thanks to Jenny's RC I was able to convert my gorgon to a quake but now I have a few parts left over along with some spares I bought. It might be a fun project trying to get another truck up and running.

The biggest thing I need is the chassis and body plus screws

At what point do you just stop repairing a rig and replace it?

This started as a gorgon rta kit.

Upgraded to brushless

Multiple bodies

Two chassis at this point

I've broken literally everything aside from one of the suspension arms.

Converted it to a quake because the body is a lot stronger.

Trashed the body and now I'm on my 2nd one .

At this point it would've been cheaper to just buy a quake.

Spiderman venom maximum carnage. Hidden gem or total stinker?

I love the soundtrack and the punch sound is super satisfying. Other than that it gets old quick and I feel like it's way too difficult.

This fits and works fine but it's getting hot and I've tried finding a heatsink but literally every single one I tried won't fit because of the black rubber part on the motor.

This is my 2nd hot racing servo saver that decided to just stop working. The first one stripped out the brass gears on the servo. I got it replaced and its still not working correctly.

I screw the servo saver on and it moves the servo left and right but as soon as I go to drive it just doesn't work.

Am I missing something here?
