Ive been with my girlfriend for 4 years now, we have been together since grade 9 in our freshman year and a few months ago when she was gone on vacation with her family I got with another girl. Things went a little too far and now I have uct off contact with that girl and my girlfriend is coming back in 2 days, she has no clue about anything that happened and I feel insanely guilty

Is this something I should mention to her or keep under wraps? And if I do decide to tell her how would I go about that?
