Fedex delivered my package to the wrong address. The mailbox in this image is not mine. In fact, none of the mailboxes along my entire street looks like this.

I have been going back and forth with FedEx and have doubts that they will resolve this issue or provide compensation (Ive outlined this in great detail on a post to the Fedex subreddit).

The package they were supposed to deliver contains items of much sentimental value.

I do not know if this request will go against TOS/subreddit rules, but I dont think I have much choice. I would greatly appreciate it if someone here could privately message me if they know anyone who lives at the address of the mailbox in the picture provided (Or knows the address itself) so I have a chance at recovering my package.

My intention is not to share anyones personal information publicly, so please dont disclose any information you have in the comments.

I am happy to provide proof that this package belongs to me.

1). Paid additional fee for Fedex to deliver my $550 mail more quickly

2). Fedex was supposed to deliver 24/7/26, instead was delayed and delivered on 27/7/26... to the wrong address

3). Picture of proof of delivery shows a mailbox that is not mine. In fact, that mailbox in the proof of delivery image does not even exist on my street. I strolled down the street and the entire surrounding area to confirm this. View attached images.

4). Called my local Perth Fedex world service centre hotline (132 610), got directed to bots

5). When redirected to human customer service, the responder provided me with incorrect/fake claims number. This number was noted down by 2 people at the time of the call, so it is definitely accurate. View attached image

6). Requested for emails to acknowledge my claim and this issue - customer service mentioned I should have gotten an email & to check spam. Did not receive any communications through email, text, phone call, whatsoever

7). Customer service let me know they will send their "agent" to conduct "investigations" tomorrow morning and they will give me a call then. Forgive me if I have doubts this will even happen at all (Or if I will even get compensated in any way) after this experience.

8). I have already filed the claims form on the Fedex website (Also did not recieve any email confirmation) and have contacted the seller of the items outlining the issue.

I just want my package or money back.

Been thinking that these multiplayer geared effects are pretty fun to index into. Been thinking that Rendmaw is probably the best commander to facilitate this idea because it gives away goaded tokens, but I like the idea of playing red too for Kardur/Karazikar/disrupt decorum etc.
