How do you guys actually remember to do Kegel exercises consistently?
I know Kegel exercises are supposed to be great for men's health, but I literally never remember to do them consistently. I'll go weeks without doing a single rep.
The weird thing is the exercise itself takes like 30 seconds and you don't even have to move — you can do it sitting at your desk or on the couch. But I still can't build the habit.
What do you guys do to actually stay consistent? Is there an app that works for you, or some other trick?
