Also, the Western Continent story takes place before the timeline of Circle of Inevitability. Because of that, not only does the power system already have a fixed upper limit, but the characters’ destinies are also largely predetermined, making it difficult to create major breakthroughs in the story. As a result, it’s not suitable for an especially long novel.

In that case, it would make more sense as a side story rather than a full length novel (book3)

The Western Continent side story won’t be coming anytime soon

While fully respecting the original characterizations and destinies established in the novel, we want to deeply explore these characters. not only to enrich their stories, but also to fill in some of the regrets left behind in the original work.

So far, we have already created exclusive storylines for dozens of side characters from the original novel!!
Among them are people who unknowingly moved the gears of history, as well as ordinary figures swept away by the tides of the Fifth Epoch. But regardless of who they were, each of them lived their lives sincerely and left behind traces worthy of remembrance.

Of course, this is only the beginning. As Klein’s main storyline continues to progress, every future version update will introduce side stories connected to the current stage of the main plot. Characters who only briefly appeared in the original novel will gradually step into the spotlight here.

For example, we specifically created a large original storyline for Dunn and Daly — “Dreams Come True.”

The story returns to the past, before that dance filled with regret had ever begun. It gives these two lovers, who were never truly able to be together, another chance to fight side by side for the beliefs they both wished to protect, allowing the regrets surrounding their love to find closure in a different way.

Another example is Emperor Roselle, Klein’s fellow transmigrator.

In the Lord of Mysteries game, he will also receive his own independent story chapter. Beyond the infamous romantic scandals widely known from the original novel, the game will fully depict how he reshaped Intis during a turbulent era and wrote a legendary life worthy of being remembered in history.

More content will gradually be revealed once the next test recruitment begins.
