I don't want to own my property no more, i want to sell it and start renting again.
Today i turned 37 years old, something hit me financally... I own 2.2 acres with tinyhouse, greenhouses and a workshop where i make my money, i grow my food....i feel stuck, and i hate to mow my grass, take care of all the broken things, there is soo much i need to build....i think more simple life will be by renting...i want to sell everything i own and start to rent everything, car, house, workshop. i have no debt or mortgage and i own everything i have...
Have any of you gone from owning to renting?
P.S. i live in poor eastern europe country.

Audio issues
Hello. i got this PSX two days ago...i'm getting audio issues when playing psx games (burned on 16x CD-R Philips) it's sounds like when audio is super high in some YT meme videos it's distorted and crackling. I'm using AV Composite cable. It's not happening all the time, but only when in game audio gets higher. TV is fine, all my other consoles have no issues.
P.S. i tried the same AV cable on my PS2, but it has no signal at all (even when i changed to RBG in settings).
Is it cable? Disc? or audio chip?

Thinking about getting into this era.
Hello. I own a 29 inch Samsung 29z308T and what you see in picture is a game running through my PS2 (sega genesis game collection). Looks ok to me, im using Component cables.
QUESTION(s):
Will buying a genuine Sega genesis console match the quality? It will be better or worse? Will the fact that i have this big screen mess with output? What is best video output cable type for best quality?

Look like crap, but i made myself a working modxo modchip from raspberry pi pico without any previous electronics or soldering skills by only watching youtube tutorials.
This is my 1.4 OG. Feeling proud AF, and now i have to make it more compact and fix it to the PCB so it stays there 😅

OG XBOX 1.4 on error 13 and 16...
Hi, guys i tried to change up some files via FTP and kinda F up some things...my dashboard crashed and got stuck with error 13...and then 16.
Can you help me what to do next? I have extracted Eeprom with my Raspberry Pi Pico and now i'm thinking about best next step...
My goal is to Flash TSOP (Winbond) with Cerbios.
Should i format HDD back to stock ms dashboard and then softmod (endgame) and then run HeXen to do that or is there much better way to do that?
