How to cope up with loneliness with out dr and dont tell me go out and talk to frnds and all ik all these stuff but it doesn't help . Recently from a week I am also facing anger issues. My family took me once to Dr but now they refuse to take me to dr for these issues. Please tell genuine solution so that I don't get addicted to phone so because it's my drop yr starting .
