Can a psvita running an adrenaline psp game that allows local co-op play with a psp that is running that same game natively?

I mean the main menu and such. Why is it always necessary to make a whole different launcher instead of manipulating the existing menu?

Like why can't we have animated backgrounds. Or square bubbles. Or any number of niches changes. What specifically about the vita design makes that difficult?

I just haven't seen much in that regard aside from adding adrenaline bubbles, I figured there would be way more of this stuff

Specifically the metal colored rim that is just paint. It ends up scratched up and revealing the black under it. It's fine it's just a little ugly. Has anyone ever fixed it using special paints? I was thinking of doing that but I have zero idea what paints would even work

Sorry to ask, but does anyone have the extra patch for the story Dlcs? Or is it one of those things that are gone for good? I tried looking around but all the links were gone/dead. (which is weird since the main eng patch link is fine and works!) Thanks in advance if anyone knows

so i have no idea why they are poking out, i checked my mods folder, no bigger titties or smth mod in there, i had one earlier but i deleted it like a day ago, why does this happen?

I know it requires a wifi connection to work. Does that mean it's impossible if I bring my laptop and vita, to use my vita for streaming my laptop if I'm somewhere without wifi? Like on a vacation? Is it possible to circumvent this somehow?

Is there a list of personal favourite apps? I dont mean the typical useful apps for homebrew or games etc. I mean stuff like video players, ereaders, comic book readers, that kind of multimedia apps?
