Darius Q Usage

How do you guys use darius q in fights, to start or end a trade? Similarly, if u know ur opponent can dash out of the full combo e a w q is it better to go for e-a-w or an e-q? Also is it worth using q just for farm or to poke the enemy since now ur pretty vulnerable to an all in? Lastly if ur alr full hp would it be better to save the q for later in the fight to heal or just use it?

ELI5: Why do cells need to replicate before meiosis

I don't really understand why DNA from parent chromosomes need to replicate before splitting into 4 daughter cells. Why not just cross over the single chromatids and split once, it seems more effective.

Hard pushing 3rd wave vs slow pushing

For the optimal 3 wave crash (top lane) is it more beneficial to hardpush the 3rd wave or slow push?

Hard Pushing lets you recall and get back to lane earlier compared to slow pushing. However the wave might die under turret potentially leading to a neutral wave state instead of a bounce.

Slow pushing the 3rd wave makes it lose less health when 4th wave arrives due to it having less time under turret. This would lead to a better bounce.

The perfect bounce would be that 4th wave clears the huge wave and meets our wave under turret at full hp. Or maybe it would be a better bounce if the 4th wave is still clearing the huge wave when our wave meets, I'm not really sure.

Most guides say to hardpush the 3rd wave also to cheater recall. However it seems beneficial to deny the crash until a bit later for a better bounce. Can anyone provide some wisdom on this?

Rule clarification on 2 rooms and a boom

The rules state that the first nomination is the leader of a room. Does this allow a player to nominate themself instantly? What if this leader (lets say player A) has no support from the rest of the room. However they can not usurp since the room is evenly split between Player B and C. This makes Player A the leader with no support. Similarly can you usurp if your preferred leader has the most votes in the room but not a majority? Lastly is there a reason leaders can't choose themself as hostage? It seems like an unneccesary rule

Volibear Matchup

How do yall win voli matchup. 2 wave crash? 3 wave crash? . Volibear can just press q and run darius down since using e will reset the cooldown. Combined with e it feels impossible to dodge and beat him. Also what levels is darius stronger and what levels is he weaker? I know level 1 darius wins hard but then he doesn't outscale voli until like lvl 16? How do you guys play this matchup?

Letting the wave bounce

This is probably a skill issue but I struggle against champions that out scale me mid game. I play Darius and one champion that I find difficult for example is volibear. Even after getting prio and crashing 3rd wave I for some reason can't get the wave to bounce back without sacrificing last hits, leading to me helping him freeze. I even last hit as late as possible but to no avail. Most champions especially ranged tops can now just run me down. I don't know how to get me out of this situation as it happens very often. Also on a slightly unrelated note what's the pros and cons of a 2 wave vs 3 wave crash?

Forced lanes and roles

I am pretty sure this topic has been thoroughly covered by this subreddit but it still confuses me on how the roles and lanes are nearly forced, especially with role quests and bot turret fortification removal. It seems obvious the game could be more fun and creative if you weren't forced to play a specific lane. Macro and lane swapping would be crucial and league would literally become chess. Imagine support in top and bot being a 1v1 lane (grubs can be arguably as important as 3 drags). In og league there was no jungle and both bot and top were duo lanes. Although having a jungle was determined to be more effective in pro play, that doesn't mean it still has to be the case. I truly wonder that if the roles weren't forced would having 1 jungle truly be the best set up. I understand if this idea seems bad but I truly think this could make the game fun and creative. This would lead to strategical "openings" and ways to counter them. Input your opinion on this, it seems genuinely interesting.

Random Music in Loading Screen

I am probably stupid but does anyone know what that song is that sometimes plays in the loading screen? Like after the draft when the second window opens and the game is loading. They lyrics go like yeah yeah yeah and that's a wrap. Specific skin that does this or what? Cant find any mention of it.

Invading Camps

Trying to learn jungle role and am a bit confused on invading. What's the main difference between lvl 1, lvl 2, and lvl 3 invade? When do you do each, and how many camps do you take? Also after invading sometimes I feel lost what to do next. For example I do my raptors into opponent blue. Do i stick around for gromp into full clear or just recall now? Also if I do get gromp should I skip krugs to speed up clear, maybe cross map to prevent counter invade? All in all how do you know when to invade, how many camps to take, and what to do after?

Jungle camp respawns

This is definitely a very niche and useless thing in real game but it's driving me crazy. If you get to your camps on respawn perfectly timed then your clear is actually slower since you have to wait for the respawns plus your next clear would be just as slow.. Anyway your clear ends when your last camp respawns and you kill it. Assuming you are stronger than your last clear the only difference is that this method seems to set up your next clear better.

On top of that doing your fastest camp first also can desync your clear. Imagince camp A takes 10 secs to clear, camp B takes 20, 10 secs to walk in between, and 60 sec respawn. When you clear the camp A, it is scheduled to respawn at 70 seconds. Because you then spend 20 seconds fighting the second camp, and 10 secs to walk to it, it doesn't die until 40 seconds, meaning it won't respawn until 100 seconds. On your next round, the first camp pops at 70 seconds, and it takes you 20 seconds total to kill it and walk over to the next spot, meaning camp A will respawn at 140 secs. You arrive at the second camp at 90 seconds, but since its timer was dragged out to 100 seconds, you are forced to stand there doing nothing for 10 seconds. It spawns at 100 secs takes 20 to kill, and respawns at 180 secs. The gap between camp A and B will will keep increasing even as you get stronger. However B to A doesn't create an expanding gap.

I have done a bit more math on this subject, but before I delve into that I want to verify if this yap is correct.

Teemo and ranged tops in general

Playing into ranged tops seems like an unwinnable matchup. As darius are you supposed to just concede the wave and cs? I recently fought a teemo who simply didn't go for the wave and just kept poking me even under turret. How do you win these match ups and what items specifically do you build into teemo?

Garen

I know that Darius hard counter garen but for some skill issue reason I just can't. I don't know what to build into him between steraks and death dance and it feels impossible to come back.
