Hey r/bangalore,

An official came to my house today for the Gruha Jyothi scheme re-application verification, and long story short, we completely messed up entering/giving the details while he was here.

Now that he's gone, we realized the mistake and want to fix it as soon as possible. Does anyone know if we can re-apply or correct the application online, or do we have to wait for someone to visit again?

If anyone has gone through this or knows if I should head to a Bangalore One / Grama One center to get it sorted, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

i m actually scared for my life

I placed a order two days ago on Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered today. Delivery agent called at 8:00 AM i couldn't pick the call up and now the order is cancelled. I've contacted the customer service thrice, requesting for a delivery reattempt, each time they gave me vague answers. It was a prepaid order, there is no link to check refund status, I haven't recieved a message from Amazon about cancellation, there's only an update on the app.

How do I escalate this?

I need some response. They really gotta do something about their service man
