Billed month after cancellation
Both fido which is a sub company of rogers, and rogers themselves have charged me for the month after cancelling and leaving the country. I have no way to contact them other than the chat bot. What can I do? For fido I removed my payment method but I can't find it in the rogers app since I only have access to the support tab.
Are there any staff members that can actually help? No I don't have an active canadian number to call the hotlines. They are openly scamming me.
