Today I got a notification on my mobile that there is an update for your rizta s now in the morning it didn't shows what's the update what new features were added if any, how can I know,

Does anyones rizta also recieved the update can you tell me what's the new update was about?

So I work in Tata heavy commercial vehicle authorised service centre yesterday there was a breakdown call came to our workshop the Quick response team started to pack things up to road side repair "I work in the parts department" manager gave the list of parts that needed to be kept aside for qrt team my fellow ram prepared the parts to be taken on the repair visit for the qrt team but he forgot to give a single part,

The manager came and ask me to add 7-8 parts in the bill verbally and listed them very very quickly like in 3-4 seconds (this is not the normal work procedure of our workshop) and after mentioning all the 7-8 items he walked out of the parts store Quick didn't gave me time to ask questions or clear things

I added all the parts to the bill but forgot to add a filter

Now this was not the normal work procedure of our shop normally I add the parts to the bill when qrt team send me a visit report which mentions a list of parts that was installed on the customers vehicle based on this visit report I make the bill for payment,

Now qrt team forgotten to write the exact same filter to the visit report which I have also forgotten to add in the bill so when the visit report came to me there was no mention of that filter in it so it was never added to the bill,

But when the bill reached to the customer and he made the payment for it and manager also checked the bill after the payment and realised that I forgot to add the filter in it he told the customer that parts department forgot to add in the bill,

In the mean time the vehicle was brought to our workshop for billing and other checks

Customer refused to pay for the part that we forgot to add

Now my manager called me and abused me on the phone and threaten me he will deduct the amount from my salary and used very abusive words also scolded me for the part that me fellow ram forgot to prepare for qrt, then at the end customer paid the amount because we were not letting the vehicle go out of the workshop.

Then next day in conference he abused me in front of the whole workshop for this mistake and idk why he didn't said anything to qrt team that actually forgot to add the part in the report,

Now in this situation what should I do ?

I am thinking of resignation the very day my salary will come

While resigning should I also abuse him?

What should I do get my revenge for the insult that he done?

They give salary on the 15th of next month. Today is 4th.

Hi,

I work in a small automotive Service center of Tata heavy commercial vehicles aka trucks and bus, my work involves part entry to crm on computer from job card and giving and receiving parts from mechanics, the problem is the billing girl hates me she constantly nagging scollding behaving very rudely and just finding way to blame me for anything that happens, everyday process envolves,

she message me on my work WhatsApp account that company has provided and ask to update the part entry for a vehicle which has come to the workshop,

Then after seeing the message I update the crm online jobcard based on that she makes the bills to handover to customers for payment,

Any delay after her sending the message not even 10min then she calls me and starts scollding and talking very rudely and criticizing her words are

" ek kaam to tere se thik se nahi hota ",

" kabhi to apna kaam thik se kar liya kar ",

Etc

My manager also involved in this and when she or other employees behave rudely he ignores and when I retaliate he scolled me in front of them and yelled at me,

Idk how to fix this issue what should I do?

This is taking heavy toll on my mental peace
