WHY DO I HAVE TO LOOK INTO OTHERS' EYES?

This is my first post, anyway I can't look into anyone's eyes since I was little but my mother insists that I look even if I don't like it because it generates a lot of discomfort for me, especially since I stopped doing therapy and taking my medicines I don't understand why I have to look into a person's eyes to talk like it's not just looking down and talking normally?

What makes Naoya terrifying isn't just raw speed; it’s how he weaponizes the laws of physics and the logic of 2D animation. Here is the breakdown of why his Projection Sorcery is so broken:

1. The Cursed Technique: Digital vs. Analog

The technique essentially divides one second into 24 frames. Naoya must pre-determine a path in his mind and "perform" those 24 movements per second.

  • The Trick: While most characters move in an analog (continuous) fashion, Naoya moves digitally. He doesn't just "run" from point A to point B; he "processes" his position 24 times every second. This creates acceleration that defies conventional inertia.

2. Conservation of Momentum and Vectors

This is where the physics gets heavy. Every second he successfully executes the technique without violating its rules, his speed stacks. He uses Inertia in a bizarre, advantageous way:

  • He loses zero energy during transitions if his "script" is well-planned.
  • In physical terms, he is manipulating Kinetic Energy (K = 1/2 m v²). Since his velocity increases exponentially with every "clean" second, the resulting impact is devastating. He essentially becomes a human projectile with constant mass but astronomical velocity.

3. The "Touch" Curse (Inertial Frames of Reference)

The most lethal aspect is the contact. Upon touching an opponent, the target is also forced to obey the 24-fps rule.

  • The System Crash: If the target doesn't know how to move within 1/24th of a second, they "crash." In the series' physics, this is represented by the person being frozen in a frame of glass for one second.
  • This instantly halts the opponent's Movement Vector. Imagine traveling at 100 km/h and the world suddenly decides your velocity is zero due to a processing error. The brutal deceleration(G-force) on the body is what opens them up for a finishing blow.

4. Perception and Reaction

To operate at this scale, Naoya’s brain must process information in milliseconds. He essentially lives in a state of Time Dilation. In the time it takes you to blink, he has already mapped out 24 micro-positions to hit you from an angle you didn't even know existed.

Sorry for the difficult explanation is because I'm a physics lover and I ended up getting a little excited, you know:)
