How do I pick/gallop faster without hurting my arm?

Ive been playing guitar for a good amount of time, a few years on and off. I’ve been practicing much more recently and playing much more as my music taste has expanded a lot. I’ve been listening to a lot of Cryptopsy and Dying Fetus. But as of now a song like Grotesque Impalement for example is impossible for me to play for more than 5 seconds without getting uncontrollably sore and worn out. So I’ve been practicing with my favorite band Death, specifically Pull The Plug. I can play that really prog part fine, but when it gets into the next part after that kind of dark triad bridge thing, when it’s pretty fast picking, I get worn out pretty quickly again.

I know I probably have poor technique but where it hurts most is my forearm and shoulder believe it or not haha, I kind of instinctively lock and tense my shoulder into place and I’ve been trying to just not tense up while playing but its kind of hard not to when you are playing more intense music. I’ve mostly played blues and jazz before this so my articulation is fine, it’s really just picking I have a real problem with.

Has anyone else gone through this struggle? How did you get over it, and do you have any tips for me while practicing? What should I be doing to get better at this? I will obviously put in the time and effort I just don’t necessarily know what I should be doing.

Bought an LG UltraGear 27-inch QHD 240 Hz about a year ago, already have two either dead or stuck pixels.

The one on the top I've had since day one, people told me it was "normal" and since It's not that noticeable to just deal with it. Just noticed this second one near the bottom left middle of the screen today. Very unhappy with this monitor, it was a gift so no warranty and didn't return it initially but regretting that, Any thoughts? I will run a pixel fixing video for a while idk if it'll really work but I'll try anything at this point, might just save up sell this and buy an OLED though.

Actually on second thought, I’ve only had this monitor since just before Christmas last year! So it’s actually been less than a year.

If Zach Cregger Was “Inspired” To Make “Weapons”Because of Trevor Moores Passing, Then WTF Is That About?

Trevor Moore died in a weird fucking way, I know this post doesn’t carry much substance, just wanted to hear opinions. Trevor was always into the “illuminati” and occult in America, and when hearing this movie is inspired from his death, its clear the theme of sudden unexplained tragedy followed by hollowing grief is the main thing in this movie. However, why use school shooting, biblical, numerology meanings? Why convey that grief about Trevor in a strangely occultish, esoteric way? The Aunt Gladys character is fucking creepy, but the use of ritual is really interesting, could be a stretch but it’s hard not to think deeply about things. Idk man, his death is abrupt and strange, this movie explains abrupt strangeness by showing its from Evil forces coerced by an evil “Witch.” Fuck Hollywood, fuck the evil in the world, reading shit like Magik or whatever by Manly P Hall, understanding what guys like Crowley said. The Kabbalah and all that shit, it’s just strange to see a guy struck by grief of a passing friend, make a movie that draw parallels with witchcraft understood and used by such groups. I know Kabbalah is a “magic” weird thing thats made to deceive the Elite and they know it does yet still do it, but theres elements of that within this movie. Again the numerology and blood ritual draws parallels to that, maybe I’m just crazy but idk not much time here anyways.

In terms of prebuilts from 1,000-2,000dollars, what should I get? Any Suggestions?

I was looking at the 011 vision by sky tech (link above) and was wondering if this is a good price for what I want.

I was really just looking for a PC that can play competitive games like CSGO, Overwatch and any other comp fps at like 300+ frames on low settings and around 120+ frames on the highest. Also looking for something that can play AAA games like Elden Ring SPECIFICALLY, at a smooth 60fps or more. I know pc prices are fucked right now, so any information helps. I was mainly looking for a prebuilt because like most noobs like me idk how to build my own. Thank you for the help.

I’ve been trying to play Grotesque Impalement by Dying fetus for MONTHS and listen, I can pick really fast or at least pretty fast consistently but for some reason i cant seem to not tense up when galloping really fast. For instance i absolutely love the intro riff, super fast and brutal, but i literally can’t keep it up to pace, any tips please. I’ve been playing guitar for years kind of inconsistently but I’d say this is one of the first plateaus i’ve really felt stuck on.
