Yes those are rubber bands and they work great

This is still a work in progress I only need to do the head lamps and maybe add a hood ornament but I'm not sure if I can carve one out because of it's small size

This is my first time drawing Umbreon and my first time drawing an 1920s inspired car it turned out well normally I would draw 3 quarters perspective but I decided to draw sideview because I have no Ides on how to draw the open wheel direction snd bodywork without it looking like shit. Also rate thos from 1 tyo 10 please thank you and show me where I can improve on.
