EAP Help
I am currently going through a crisis and I have started using the EAP solution provided by Accenture India, which is Optum which is working to some extent. But, I only have two sessions remaining and I will need more sessions. The free sessions are valid till 31st August 2026. Will the complimentary sessions renew on 1st September or do we need to request Optum/Accenture for more sessions. Or do we need to pay for it from our own pocket?
