Here Julius forcefully refuses to accept Subaru's help and falls down the stairs because he feels shame

This is because he brutally beat and humiliated him back in Season 1

Also at that time, it was Subaru against the entire Royal Knights/Kingdom

Yet no one stepped up to help Subaru, aside from Emilia (she left him too btw)

Julius, Felix and all other knights labelled Subaru as pathetically weak and useless

But he later on proved himself by defeating the White Whale, Sloth and Greed

And now despite facing the exact same humiliation by the hands of Reid, Julius feels that Subaru of all people should not help him because of their past

So Julius feels shame and unworthiness that the same guy he humiliated so badly is still supporting him despite having all the reasons not to. If Subaru wanted, he could've laughed at Julius' humiliation or choose to ignore him to get revenge but he didn't and supported him like a friend. So Julius felt he didn't deserve Subaru's support.

That's why just after this scene he apologizes to Subaru and they become friends because Julius sees how much of an amazing guy Natsuki Subaru is

What if Subaru told Emilia "You can rest your head on my lap too"

How would she react?

I reckon' its mutual respect for each other's strengths and roles despite not liking each other

I think this has a high chance of happening if the Dragon Sword is able to sense miasma.

Also if it can sense Authorities then it would immediately recognize Subaru as a threat.

Also if it senses the opponent's will and spirit, then it is definitely reacting.

What does he expect Subaru to do bruh? He defeated the White Whale. He killed Sloth.

First this mf tries brainwashing him in Arc 3. Doesn't stop the duel even after seeing Subaru was fucked up.

Crusch and Rem's cart was ambushed by TWO sin archbishops. Even if Subaru was there, wtf do you expect him to do? His main strength is his strategy formation (in perspective of others who don't know about RBD)... He's not a fighter, but a support/strategist. What could anyone aside from Reinhard possibly do in that situation?

Subaru literally lost his leg while trying to protect Crusch from Capella. Also got infected with dragon's blood. What exactly do you want him to do? Kill himself?

Then he proceeds to suggest to break the alliance with Subaru and Emilia camp. Like dawg what is wrong with you? You should be more grateful bitch.

I know he doesn't exactly hate him but he has clearly stated that he can't stand Subaru's behaviour and nature.

I think Subaru should get Astral Projection as his next Authority...

Now it may seem a bit overpowered for him so to balance that out I'm gonna add some restrictions to it:

1. The longer he stays in astral form, the more his physical body accumulates soul damage. If he stays in astral form for too long, his physical body will die eventually due to severing the link with his soul. This will trigger RBD and force him to restart. So he can't spam this ability and has to ensure that his physical body is safe as well.
2. He cannot interact with anything while in astral form. He is invisible and intangible in this form. No one can sense his presence in this form since he is in another plane of existence. However, there is nothing else he can do in this form. He can't interact with the world and people but just observe. Basically he's in spectator mode. He can move freely and levitate in astral from though.

I think this is pretty good for him as a support type ability also it cannot be used offensively or defensively, but it will help him in gathering information and spying...

What would you rate it out of 10?

I'd say 8/10 (Enjoyable and fun to watch, also it has good artstyle and some really good arcs)
