Can someone explain how Porsche's 6-stroke engine Crankshaft (Crank gear?) supposed to attach itself to other 'Cranks'?

I'm not really mechanically inclined and am currently taking chemistry, but this topic and cars in general have fascinated me recently and while I can understand how a normal crankshaft and balance works somewhat, how is the Porsche's supposed to work?

A normal crank is just one long rod of usually forged metal so how does that weird ring with gears in the middle supposed to connect itself to other 'Cranks' with multiple cylinders across multiple cylinder banks?

Newbie here. Aside from S&P and Dill, what other spices have you used for your pickles? Has anyone tried using Paprika or Cumin?

Out of curiosity. I like Paprika and Cumin and it would be cool to know what sort of flavor profiles they could offer in a ferment.

I also have Marjoram and Rosemary on hand. Any suggestions on what I could do with these?

The current state of Alamut in our Modern day

The Mongols really made sure to overturn every stone. Erosion has also eaten away a bunch of its features. The path to reach the top was also made easier in the centuries since tge fortress was destroyed but its still around 200m above its surroundings and 2000m above sea level.

If I had a nickel for every time Quartararo got fucked over by the M1 at Silverstone, I'd have two.

Which isn't alot but its weird it happened twice. In a row.

In ONE Kickboxing, how many hits do you need to get in to even the score if you got knocked down?

In Noiri vs Liu 1, Liu literally ate so many knees and body shots returning almost 1 in 2 (maybe even 1 in 3 for knees) only due to lack of volume and many landing on Noiri's elbow or guard. He was also clearly getting hurt and exhausted by the end of it that he relied on laying his bigger frame on Noiri to stuff the volume and threw a rolling thunder to stall the last 20 seconds.

I was wondering if that was a unanimous decision win, how much more would be needed to bring it to a decision/split loss, maybe even a win?

How do you deal with very good outfighters?

I've been a bit frustrated with sparring recently. There's a lot of guys in my current gym who aren't the typical stand and bang in the phone booth kind of people and its a big skill issue on my part having a really underdeveloped strategy or instinct on breaking the distance.

Any of yall have tips for this beginner?

Which Kickboxers do you think have the most visually distinct styles?

And I mean in terms of approach, strategy, choice of techniques, or a combination of the three.

When you look at the average Glory match it could just be a round of prodding and countering before it quickly devolves into phonebooth style 1-2-hook and a lowkick or a lowkick first then the combo until one of them drops. Which fighters past or present did you think have the most visually distinct styles that even without looking for faces or names you could tell who's fighting just from the style?

How might Noiri actually win the rematch with Liu? I've seen some pictures in their first match and Liu just looks like he doesn't belong in the weight class. Dude is also a decade younger and he was just physically dominating the first match.

It's one thing to figure your opponent out, its another when you can literally plant your gloves on your opponent and push them down so its genuinely physically difficult to throw any kind of return fire. His match against Noiri was actually one of the most claustrophobic matches Ive seen that year and it was both amusing and sad to see Noiri literally being pushed back and unable to throw many kicks because it was difficult to maintain any semblance of balance with Liu constantly leaning on his gloves.

I've never seen Noiri get knocked out before, but im pretty sure if Liu lands another shot flush on Noiri he might actually go down for good. He's not the lanky type like Tawanchai who just has long legs and an average arm reach and build, Liu is genuinely built like a Glory Middleweight or at least some Super Welterweight Class and im still surprised at how he actually manages to cut weight for Featherweight in ONE.
