Is it possible for a character who has been dissociating during sex due to his traumas for years to develop a hypersexuality due to a new encounter?

Hello, I'm currently writing a book and I have some questions about the behavior of my character I'd like to get a second opinion on and which I am not so sure about the plausibility of from a psychological standpoint. I'll give a small summary of the important context. He is currently in his late 20's. Throughout his teenage years he has been raped a lot by his father. He ran away and for a while he constantly carried this fear of his father finding him again, ever since the father broke into her mother's boyfriend's home he was staying in and won custody over him, but also after moving out and bumping into him on the street one day, almost being dragged back. After moving out and entering college he got a drug addiction and was admitted into a rehab after being found fainted on the street, place where it is clear that he was not able to let go of his fear of his father. From then on, he has gotten a girlfriend, and starting here is where I'm questioning whether this is realistic or even possible scientifically. He gets a girlfriend, and his bedroom life is pretty much a dissociation. (Also questioning possibility since he is the man.) He gets raped by a friend he had just reunited with and, from what that friend had been telling and doing to him, he starts to believe playing into the abusers wants will free him of the situation he is in. This paired with the paranoia he still holds but which is now amplified or renowned, will create his hypersexuality. The drugs he relapses to will allow him to actually act on it. I'm trying to explore the way this has affected his life, I'm sorry for the long summary but I needed to give context for anybody else to be able to understand. My question is if it is possible for him to have been in his dissociative state for so long, but after the new encounter for him to develop a hypersexuality from the belief the abuser has been telling him, also the paranoia that motivates it, etc. If anybody knows any better let me know.

Is it realistic for a character to temporarily live in their school?

If a character would be living in their school, again temporarily, in something like a janitors closet or club room, which they would get out of before school started and attend classes like normal. And he comes to stay over at his girlfriends every now and then, quite often actually, but that part is fine. Another thing, his father , he only had him now, and he's running away but I don't need the father reporting him to the police. Now I have thought that his father being afraid of what the neighborhood would think of his own son running away would be a good explanation but I'd like a second opinion. Basically, he runs away and lives in this school for about a month, or almost a month, then he moves into his friends parents rental, which is just a small renovated garage. Originally he was to stay with his girlfriend for that month but who in their right might would let a r random teenager stay with them and not wonder where his parents are? It's common that teenagers move into school apartments or rentals nearby when they enter high school, at least in my country though the story doesn't take place here, it's in the USA so I'm also a bit skeptical about that.

Can you burn anti misquitoe tablets?

I'm talking about those blue tablets you're supposed to use with a plug in device? My family says its's fine to just burn them but idk. Isn't there a risk of intoxicasion? 😭 I mean sure they're used for indoor rooms and are heated up anyway but it's not the same process.

Run-on sentences

I'm just a little confused cuz, I found out they exist like a few hours ago 😭.

Oh can I say stuff like : "He sat cross legged, holding a pen which rhythmically bounced up and down with no apparent purpose." Do I put a comma after which here?

If anybody has any tips lmk, especially in broader writing aspects like novels. Oh and the sentence I just wrote should be incorrect right? Because it's not supposed to be separated by a comma there. But I just don't understand it. Like how do you separate EVERYTHING. Now it feels like I can't use commas at all, I mean except for conjunctions. And this was wrong too, wasn't it?

Should I get a suction thing?

I've been on here for hours honestly looking for some advice but I only found mixed opinions, but still wondered if maybe there are more recent reviews I could get or something like that. Some say the suction machines or whatever really damage the tissue, but my question is how exactly? And has this truly worked for anyone? And don't tell me to just try it and see cuz they're expensive, I need some assurance at least 🥹🥹 lol. I was also debating between a manual or electric suction thing, is there a difference? And which would be best. A lot of mine can be on the surface, but sometimes they're in SO deep in there craters it's crazy. Was wondering if these worked for that aswell, I mean, that's mainly what is be buying them for.

Does stick deo dry?

I mean like, the creamy textured ones. I just don't understand how they dry cuz, they kinda don't much. Are they supposed to like the other ones? Or do you just leave it as is or something. That didn't seem to work either and I don't understand what I'm supposed to do with it.

Reasons not to be afraid of veins?

I don't have a full on phobia and all, but I get very uncomfortable and just feel like my veins are so fragile whenever I see any bulging out. Especially on my legs, if I have to walk and sometimes I can feel that specific vein like, being there, and it just feels horrible, like it feels as if it were so fragile and could break at any second. And again, WHY'S IT OUTTA MY SKIN. lol so if anybody can give me a few reasons to not be afraid of that I think that would put my mind at ease a little. Like can they pop or be hurt if you press of them? Can they just bulge out like crazy? Whatever

I mean, do they just spawn in my room randomly ? Ever? Cuz that would be a nightmare. And just generally, like I don't want my altar in my room because I really want my privacy and don't like having to worry about the appearing randomly or whatnot. Does that every happen?
