Something about this just tickles my brain. Its so nonsensical how they could work but I still love them. They work extremely well with this periods Cyber Variants (Nomads i think) and they just so nostalgic and fun looking
Returned to a SUPPLIER*
I work for a Medical company in a med warehouse. the main day to day task is picking items for procedures, box them up and send them out to hospitals. We also work deliveries every day, stock that have been especially ordered for the hospitals and general stock items that would go out in picks.
My manager has informed me that he wants my team to now handling returning damaged or incorrect items that come into us from deliveries. The current system has procurement doing this.
As an example: an item comes into our deliveries damaged, we would flag this to our procurement team, bring the damaged item up, write a note on what the damage is and they would contact the supplier to inform them of the damage, ask a for a new item and arrange the collection of the damaged item.
My manager and the Procurement Team Lead wants my team taking this on
I personally dont see why my team should handle this, as contacting suppliers to via phone or email to arrange the collection of items as thats. The current system works well enough and to be Frank, my team are not paid enough for what feels like a "hybridized" Procurement and Stores role, which could cause my staff to leave out of frustration. Why wouldn't Procurement handle this? If they already have relationships and rapport with suppliers, why throw that away and start anew with having us do it.
Plan on talking to my manager tomorrow about this but I really want to know other peoples thoughts on this though

Ive chosen the Tattooine Sand Ape, cus well look at it, it doesn't look natural at all and its immediately hostile to living creatures. It went down like a chimp but man does it look terrifying. (Also 3 fingers like Sith :-o)
And The Nameless were chosen because they feast on the force and again, look at them. Ive not caught up on HR stuff so im not sure what their origins are but they really do look and act like a creature from legends that also fed on the force
Last night when I was taking the shopping out of the car one of my cats (whats the point in keeping 3 of them if theyre not a rodent deterrent lol) chased a wee Mickey into the back of my car. The mouse then just vanished, I assume somewhere under the seat. I dont want this lil guy to die in there, and stink my car up, so I'm looking for solutions in how to lure it out and, humanely, trap it

How does everyone view Sith Alchemy? For me i always pictured purple smoke with green and red sparks/ flames so I was totally taken back when I found Sith Alchemy was actually just fully blue. For some reason I can't envision a Alchemy Enhanced Sith weapon as something glowing blue.
Nightsister Magick is green, and Kylo Rens reforged helmet had cracks of red when alchemy was used to repair that so maybe thats way it doesn't make much sense to me.
Does anyone else feel like this?
(Also the main reason im asking is because im in the early stages of making a Sith Species figure and im giving him an Alchemy infused weapon and Talisman and I want to get it right)
Tomorrow I'll be receiving a delivery of a Jerec head, so this weekend ive been spending time practising painting faces. Ngl its something I've avoided during my customisation journey as I've mainly been customising grunts, robots or overall masked individuals. Really struggling with faces now and I want my Jerec to look perfect. Its the eyebrows and lips that are getting me. The eyes is just practise makes perfect so nbd there but eyes and lips are so SO difficult, I can't get the undershading of lips right and I just can't do eyebrows, thats why the male head has none, I threw the towel in. Now luckily Jerec has no eyes or eyebrows but he has lips and if I screw them up I might crash tf out.

I'm in sore need of green blades lol, theres plenty of red, decent amount of blue but only like x3 green.
I used to be able to buy these tubes from Ebay that, after a lil bit of sanding, looked just like the blade. They're now gone which sucks. Now I'll be real, I've seen those same tubes on Temu/AliExpress but I really dont want to order from there tbh.
I've also seen amazing looking blades AND hilts on etsy but since they're from America the shipping is murder!

Would anyone know where to find 3d prints/files for a pureblooded Sith kit? Mainly the head and 3 fingered hand? I've a lot of fodder and want ro make an Ancient Sith but I can't seem to find a custom kit anywhere. Ive seen some other people's customs on Insta and Facebook that look great so they're out there somewhere, hopefully.
Yeah i know this post feels a bit like "Mando and Friends" but I only picked him up yesterday and have had the other 3 for a few weeks and wasn't in the mood to fiddle with their poses. Can't wait to add these guys to the rest of my collection after work is completed on my house!
Favourite is definitely Jedi Dooku, even with that shambolic Hilt of his, hes my favourite character and ngl I dig the Nic Cage look. Kyle is also great, love me a blaster wielding Jedi. 7th Sis is good, like her Seeker Droid but she's mainly a bucket to tick as I've got every other released Inquisotor and customs Inquisitors. Mando is a banger fig though, so much fun posing and playing around with him, hes really hard to put down.
