I have etd and noise sensitivity for 2 years. I have been to more ents. They all prescribed me antihistamine, antibiotics and steroid nasal spray.
Has anyone tried any of those? What was your experience?
How do you react to air condition?
I have been taking lexapro 10mg for 7 months for gad. I have very strong anxiety for 3 years it might be long covid as i have no reason to have anxuety. I also have wad isdues with eustachian tube.
I feel much better than to lexapro, i can woek, i can eat, i out on weight but I still have brainfog and anxiety . I never took benzo only lexapro.
I am in an air conditioned room all day, which us hard for me. I felt cold because i was sitting under the ac for hours. I was scared because of the air condition. Since then i have strong inner trembling in my body, like a very strong anxiety. Its hard to start moving.
Why am i trembling?
Do you think is it posdible for the nervous system to get back to normal without benzo?
My blood pressure is low so i can not take benzo. I take vitamins.
Has lexapro recovered anyones nervous system?
My ET closed 2 years ago. I got my ears microsucted, it caused me a sound trauma. I often feel dizzy. Has anyones ETD resolved? What helped you?

I have tinnitus since I woke up today. I was next to air condition in the last couple of days. It might have done something to my ears. My earsvfeel swollen and ringing.

I have been taking 10mg of lexapro for 5 months for anxiety. I never took any benzo with it. I still have anxiety often.
Yesterday i was so happy and extremely joyful, then i got dissapointed in my friend.
It was no big deal but still it made me feel lethargic, i feel like I don't care about anything.
Before Lexapro I never felt lethargic. I feel this lethargy sometimes since i take lexapro.

After more days in the airconditioned room my sinuses feel swollen and they hurt under my eyes. My ears feel swollen too. Anyone else had something similar?

I have been taking laxapro 10mg for 3 months for strong GAD, ANXIETY. My anxiety got 50% better.
I have been feeling very tired woth low mood for 2 days. Nothing motivates me. I never felt like this before. I was always very motivated. I take lexapro for anxiety not for depression. I did not have depression.
