Indian Rupee INR forecast to slide down to 100 against US dollar as early as Q4 2026

Indian rupee has continued to be Asia's worst performing currency against the US dollar as it hit 96.34 today.

https://indianexpress.com/article/business/as-rupee-stares-at-100-to-a-policymakers-engage-with-a-lesson-from-just-three-years-ago-10694773/

At this rate, the INR is expected to hit 100 by Q4 of 2026. Recent intervention by RBI has failed to contain the currency fallout.

All in all, the indian economy is really struggling hard even compared to other developing economies like Vietnam!

I'm tired boss. 37M Online dating. Any guys just gave up on dating?

37M. 6ft. Earn low six figures. Slim. Good looking (not my words, but have been told so by wmen). Stable job.

And yet, I'm struggling with dating. My observations -

- Most wmen are super flaky with their interest. They literally love bomb me only to go cold once someone better comes along. Just shows lack of self awareness on their part if you ask me.

- They also expect you to entertain them, be interesting, make them laugh, be a court jester.. on top of also spending money on dates and them. Its very rare that a girl has agreed to split expenses of a trip or vacation.

- Most don't even know what they want. They say they want serious relationships and no-hookups, but their actions speak otherwise.

- As a man, dating feels like applying for a jobs in a rough market. For women, dating is like window shopping - seemingly endless options at the drop of a hat. They have no incentive to stick around with any guy. A better option is already sitting in her 500+ DMs.

- They're dating / talking to 5-20 guys all at once. Honeslty, a superpower if you ask me.

- All this has taken serious toll on my mental health. I want to be with a woman who I love and who loves me back. I've just given up hope that it'll ever happen.

- I used to think maybe its just me, but I read similar sentiments on reddit from other men. So maybe I'm not the problem here.

So the question is, should I quit dating? And is there anyone in similar boat?

I'm an immigrant in the US for a decade now and I've made some interesting observations about cars and car brands here.

Like how Subarus are overwhelmingly owned by women compared to men. (I later leaned that this is because Subaru marketed it's cars to lesbians in the 90s).

The second association I made was between Lincoln cars (especially their older sedans like Lincoln Continental) and black people. If I see one, 8/10 times it's being driven by a black person.

Why's this? is it a cultural or marketing thing? genuinely curious.

Edit: Just found this interesting article - https://www.autonews.com/article/20061030/SUB/61027041/lincoln-ads-target-blacks/

Edit2: I'm not saying that majority of black people drive Lincoln, but rather that majority of Lincoln owners are black.

So Lincolns could be driven by a small percentage of blacks but large percentage of Lincoln's are driven by blacks.

Why do people think it's ok to create and push unsuspecting beings into wage slavery for their whole life? Just for their amusement?

If life were truly a gift as they say, we wouldn't be slaving away or entire life working to pay the bills.

In what world do you have to pay to receive a gift?

Secondly, how is it a gift if it can't be returned?

Just goes to show how shallow of a cope people have, to justify their mindless instinct of procreation.

▲ 17 r/Fire

M37 with $100k in taxable investment account and $50k in employer pension plan.

What's there to say? I don't know.

But I get super depressed thinking that I will most likely never be able to FIRE.

My FIRE number is $3M. Long shot. Realllly long shot.

Why do I even keep working? I cannot enjoy my current life cuz the thought of being unable to FIRE and spend my entire youth and adult life in financial scarcity takes away my zest for life.

"Leading the life of quiet desperation" so to speak. Not seeking any advice, but just wanted to rant I guess.

Occasionaly I stumble on this sub out of curiosity and posts of people FIREing in their 30s just kills me.

I'm happy for them but I realize my life just sucks, financially, and more importantly I don't have any hope of actually RE with FI.. and I don't see the point of FI when I'm 60.
