Lost PSN account, no idea how to retrieve it - UK

Woke up the other morning to a text from my bank saying there had been fraudulent activity on my account, a £100 wallet transfer on the PSN store had been blocked. Unfortunately, they hadn't caught the first £100 that had been transferred in. I checked my account on the console, saw the money was there and went to the payment options to remove my bank card. I managed to do that, but was then logged out. I couldn't sign back in on my console, or to the PSN app on my phone. Upon checking my email, there was a Notice of Sign-in ID change in my inbox from Sony, confirming th email address for my PSN account had been changed.

I can't sign into my account, every account recovery link I click requires me to sign in, I called the UK helpline which just told me to use the website and I can't find an email to contact anywhere.

I've no idea how my account was compromised, what I could've done differently and what I can do to try and retrieve decades of achievements and hundreds, if not thousands of pounds worth of games in my library.

Has anyone else had any experience solving something like this?

I've already disputed the charge with my bank and ordered new cards etc.

Overpaid tax but no record of employment with HMRC

Hello!

Fist post on this sub, looking for some guidance to a slightly confusing situation. I'll try to be as clear with the details as I can:

Back in Sept 2022 I began working for a company, my employment with them ran through until August 2024. I was earning approximately 45k per year by the end of my employment and was paid an hourly wage on a PAYE payroll system. Following my employment at the company I was unemployed for 11 months barring a zero hours cleaning job that probably bought in less than 1k before I found something permanent. This would've also been after the new tax year began in April 2025.

I believed that due to my previous wage, the way my tax was collected and the lengthy period of unemployment I would be entitled to some form of tax rebate but didn't know who to ask/how to investigate. Somewhat naively I assumed that my name/NI number would 'keep track' of things and I'd get a letter from HMRC at some point after the tax year ended saying a rebate was due, unsurprisingly this didn't happen.

I've since accessed my profile on HMRC's website and discovered that from September 2022 to August 2024 according to them I earned no money and paid no tax. This is obviously incorrect and I have payslips and a P45 from the end of my employment to prove I was part of the company.

I'm not sure if it has any bearing on the situation, or if it's just my personal paranoia, but I know that one of the company's directors was let go from the board of his previous business due to some financial misdeeds (no detail on exactly what though) and I'm curious if this is some sort of tax dodge/scam or just a simple mistake somewhere along the line.

Sorry for the wall of text, but my questions now are:

How do I correct that information?

Is it now too late to recoup anything as it's almost 2 years since I left the company?

Tesco meal deal supersized with some bits from M&S. (Lemon Lucozade sport not pictured)

Cleared it all in one sitting then had a nap.
