What do you mean the Miis can break up without m approval!? 😩

I’m so devastated. I spent FOREVER trying to get these two chuckleheads together just for them to break up the VERY NEXT DAY??? 😩😩😩😭

Why can I tell them not to be with someone if they pick the wrong Mii during a love confession but I can’t tell them to stay together!? 😭😭😭

Hi

I’m on my mid-30s and I have quite literally never worked out in my life. I really don’t even have any understanding of how one’s supposed to exercise, like what’s the “proper” way to do it. Outside of like gym class during school and basic walking at work I have never done anything and and I dont come from a health conscious family so that was never really modeled for me, honestly I’m pathetic. I’m sick of it.

I want to do better so badly, I don’t even really care about losing weight(though I certainly wouldn’t complain) or looking good or any of that. I literally just want to be able to do basic activities like going up and down the stairs without feeling winded.

I’ve started doing a basic 10 minute routine one every day, it’s actually the radio taiso exercises of you’ve ever heard of that. I picked it cause I heard it’s supposed to be designed around being something someone of any age can do, very basic and since I’ve literally never done anything I thought that sounded like a good place to start plus there’s tons of easy to follow videos I can watch. I told myself if I stick with this and get to a point where I’m not fully exhausted afterwards I’ll start looking into more thorough exercises maybe with weights and stuff, we’ll see. I’ve been doing good I’ve stuck to it for a week and a day so far(which for me sticking to anything at all for more than a day or two is impressive) and it still feels just as hard as day one, if not harder.

I know results take time and I’m certainly not expecting any miracles any time soon but dang I would like it if I could get over this constant soreness soon.

I curious from other people who started from literally nothing like I have. How long did it take before you stopped suffering with constant soreness and started being able to handle simple exercises better. Am I looking at just another week or two before I get over this hump or will it likely be months?

I still plan on sticking with it no matter what. I want to be better so bad. I hate that I’m tired all the time just from doing bare minimum daily life activities like going to the grocery store.

So any advice or even personal anecdotes would help. Since I’ve really started this whole journey totally blind.

(Also just incase anyone suggests it I absolutely could not afford a personal trainer and as for a gym membership…maybe but getting judge scares me. I’d really like to at least get to the point of being able to make it through this basic 10 minute routine without feeling like I’m dying before I consider that.)
