Account banned for "Fraudulent activity"? Anyone got clarification?

Hi,

I've been permanently banned from Vinted and I'm just looking to gain a bit more insight into this, I received this message yesterday morning:

We’ve permanently banned your account from Vinted because of fraudulent activity, such as selling counterfeit items.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we may block accounts if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, such as:

  • Scamming
  • Selling counterfeit items
  • Any other misuse of the Vinted platform

Now all I've sold and listed is pokemon cards - I sold one listing, it was a mystery pokemon cards bundle and I listed a further ~10 items, those 10 were all for graded items so they could be checked by entering in the serial number to the website that graded the items and it would come back as legit.

so I've only got the one sale; my sold "bundle" of cards on Vinted? Is there potential that I have been reported by the person who bought the cards as not-genuine? I was not approached by Vinted at any point and asked to provide evidence so I'm not sure what's happened.

Are these error cards? I'm learning

I've picked up a few cards from a few bulk pick ups and I'm just wondering if any of them would be typically classed as error cards.

I have the Glaceon with a strikethrough name? It's not damage to the card and doesn't appear on any of my other 10 copies.

The Flabebe i'm pretty sure does count just because of how badly it's cut.

I've got a scream tail that I've scanned in for the last page, it is a lot darker than the others despite it being the same card from the same set?

Would any of these be classed as error cards?

Everton wrongly denied handball penalty at West Ham

We knew it, I wonder how many of these we need before we can cash them in for an actual penalty

When we locked in our premier league survival we triggered the buy clause for Merlin Rohl (reportedly around €20,000,000), meaning that Rohl will be the billionth euro Moyes has overseen as a manager, taking his total spend to (roughly) €1,012,976,800.

Just a fun fact more than anything, we're all under no illusions that Moyes has been responsible for every single player signed.

Who do you think is Moyes' best signing at each price point? Full list in the link.

a) Free Transfer

b) €1 to €5,000,000

c) €5,000,001 to €10,000,000

d) €10,000,001 to €15,000,000

e) €15,000,001 to €25,000,000

f) €25,000,001+
