Tl;dr wanted to know if the mood-swings during period affect the women so much that they say stuff that are too hurtful to their partners and act distant and cold

Me(22M) and my gf(23M) have been in a long distance relation ship ever since we started dating (we used to be best-friends in High-school and college made us move apart)

The thing is my girlfriend always act way too cold and distant at the start of her periods and i know she’s going through a-lot of pain and i have to be understanding of that and i do understand that but she stops having any interest in talking to me or face time. She just seems busy all the time

Almost all of the major fights that we’ve had are during her period where she overthinks stuff and says some really hurtful stuff to me and later apologises for those after her periods are over.

I just wanted to know if this is normal for everyone or if it is something i have to talk about with my girlfriend

PS : she does not have PMDD or PMS

I have a Wavy hair that's between 2b and 2c ,when it is kind of short it acts like straight hair but as it grows out it becomes wavy
the problem I have is that whenever i use Gel or Pomade or Hair Setting spray ,My Hair tends to curl up at the ends .Like only the ends of my hair are curled ,it stays the way i set it from root to about an inch or 2 from the end the rest is curled
what can i do to style my hair in ways i want

My accounts on several different platforms keep getting hacked and when i check whether my gmail is being used someone else ,it shows that my computer is the only place that gmail is logged on to.this is the mail i use for most of these platforms
What do i do ,i changed the passwords of each of them and each day some new platform gets the password changed
