Moza r9 wheelbase not showing up in pithouse
I got a used r9 v2 that did not come with a power cable, I got my power cable but now my wheel will not connect to my pc, I am using a cable from Home Depot to connect the wheel base to my pc and it is not detecting it, it connects to my phone perfectly well. The usb a side of the cable was screwed up but I bent it back into place, could that be the issue?

Has anyone had any issues with ordering parts from Moza support?
I have an order from Moza support for a power adapter for my Moza r9, payment was completed on the 31st of last week but it has not been shipped out and I have heard nothing from support, what should I do? Was it a waste of $70 and my wheel base?

Controller not turning on
The picture is of the controller on the charger, it is not showing the red/green light that shows while charging, it also does not connect to the headset when I turn it on, am I screwed?
